Stayed Jun 15, 2025Excellent stay. We’ve been there a few times and John and team have this property in great shape. It’s always clean and the communication is perfect too. Location is excellent for downtown Dillon and also a great place to stay if you want to explore beyond.

Stayed Jun 23, 2023The actually rental exceeded the pictures shown. Very spacious. Clean. Well stocked with essentials. In the center of town. Next to a community park with picnic tables, children’s playground, and children’s splash water play area. The only downside we found was that the stairs leading to the first floor where the rental was located had no handrails.

Stayed Nov 21, 2022This was our 2nd time staying in this unit. The property is easy to access and spacious, and the photos represent the space accurately. Everything was extremely clean. The owner is easy to contact and the location is great for any activity in Dillon. We will rent again!
