Beautiful stay, as always. Location of the room was tolerable, unfortunately, the view was that of an outdoor parking structure. A little disappointed that the lagoon pool renovation wasn’t communicated to us by the property manager. Overall, property and amenities were amazing and sunsets the best on the island!!!
Great
The property itself was phenomenal. We booked a guest room with a mountain view. For a different trip we booked an ocean view at Koolina and that was spectacular. This time around, we booked the mountain view due to limited availability at the time and it did not disappoint. It was still such a great view of the pool and the mountains. We would t mind booking this view again if we had to. We were very much satisfied. We particularly love the kitchenette, especially traveling with an infant. It definitely helps when we need to wash bottles every night. Other than that, it was quite a challenge to bathe an infant in a free-standing shower. Not sure if some rooms have free-standing showers or bath tubs. Might be a good question to ask when booking or consider an alternate method to bathe littles. I also loved that the room had dish soap and laundry soap available for use; that was a great/helpful surprise to us. Overall, such a great experience from booking, stay, and checking in/out. Definitely recommend.
Property is beautiful and very resort like. Customer Service was outstanding. Room was small but we made it work. Parking was easy and appreciated that it was complmentary. Loved the Ko’Olina area and appreciated the more quier location. Would stay here again if visiting Oahu.
Beautiful property, we will stay here again. Everyone is very friendly and the amenities are top notch. Perfect experience from start to finish.
We love the Marriott in Ko'olina! Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, great pools and lagoon, plus a couple of fun restaurants.
Ko Olina is breathtaking, as is the resort. You can see mountains in the distance, with white sand, calm water, and palm trees blowing in the breeze. It was clean. Somewhat crowded, but not as much as expected. Most people seemed to stay around the pool, so the lagoon was relatively uncrowded the entire time. The reflection pool also draws less of a crowd. We spent a day there swimming, reading, and relaxing. Would highly recommend!
We stayed there last year for the first time. We enjoyed it and came back again this year. Nice place!!
The property was great! The view was awesome! The room was 2 hrs. late getting into was the only problem we had.
Great Marriott!
Beautiful property right on the beach and away from the maddeningly crowds of Honolulu.
This is a great resort, but you do need to rent a car as KoOlina is not close to any main shopping areas or any of Oahu’s tourist destinations
Beautiful, employees were outstanding. Would definitely stay there again.
The property is great, beautiful location. Beaches are perfect for families, nice Sandy beaches. Definitely need a car, there’s not too much on the property so if you like variety of dining options and want to see the island, rent a car. The room itself was as written, for the price it was a good value. Don’t expect early check in or late check out (at least not during holiday travel). The only thing I was disappointed in was the food, I expect over priced resort food but the quality/options could have been anywhere. There’s so much amazing food in Hawaii, so that was a disappointment (even the cluster of restaurants down the road). I understand why so many people were barbecuing their own food!
Great
I am in a wheelchair. And this property was so accessible. I was able to participate in so many things that made my trip amazing. All of the pools have lived chairs that are very easy to use. They even have a hot tub with a lift chair. Also the concrete boardwalk in front of the beach is very convenient for my wheelchair. Most accessible resort I've ever stayed at.
Smooth process and great stay. Loved the resort.
Ko Olina is beautiful. The property was excellent with plenty of entertainment and food options. My 7 y/o loved the choice to be in any of the 3 pools or the protected ocean area.
I have been to Ohau a number of times. This was by far the best place I have stayed. I really like how far it is from the busyness of Waikiki. There are just a few resorts in Ko Olina so much more relaxed. The Marriott resort was beautiful. There was so much on property to do. Each morning there were fitness classes and then an assortment of other classes to take. The room I had was pretty small but for just two people it worked fine. The room had a nice kitchenette. The parking situation was great. Plenty of covered parking. The staff was very friendly. There aren't a ton of restaurants nearby but you can travel just a fews miles and there is a huge selection. There is no housekeeping which would have been nice but the hotel will refresh your towels upon request. I would definitely stay there again.
very impressive
