The space
The apartment is directly indowntown Royal Oak and sits on South Washington Ave plus is over a great brunch spot, the Royal Eats Brunch and Dinner! All large events that happen downtown Royal Oak are literally right outside the building. Some windows do face other apartment windows but each room is provided with shades to block out any unwanted views. You are walking distance from the Royal Oak Music Theatre, Mark Ridley's Comedy Club + more!

The Mariocore apartment comes with a lot of great features! The space has touches of neon lights, and special additions like aura lights (they mimic the colors on the tv screen and glow in the back of the tv), a Nintendo switch which includes Super Smash Bros and Mario Kart and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker to play your favorite jams.

The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, 1 king and 1 queen. Each bedroom conveniently has a full bath right beside it. There is a common living space between both rooms where you can enjoy the company you came with. Great for friends and family stays!

Please note we are a strict no smoke space. If there are signs of a smoke odor it does take a lot of time and effort to remove so there will be a $100 additional fee.

The entrance door is at the front of the building labeled 615 right by the Royal Eats entrance door. If you are facing the building from South Washington, the two free parking spaces will be on the left of the building. They are labeled for the specific unit you are in.
