Marina on the Sakonett

Great location....beautiful morning views of the marina. Right by the boat launch so lots of fun to watch! Need to be careful if you have small children which we do not!

Great property, great location, really comfortable and the host was helpful and communicative. Will definitely be returning. I was concerned about being under or by the Mariana but wasn't an issue at all. Made for an amazing stay in Portsmouth.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this location. The place is small, but has a nice kitchen that was stocked with the basics. The rooms are comfortable, but lacking closet space. There was a dresser and a few hooks to put clothes on, but no hangers. The area is quiet and easy to get down into town.

The location was excellent and surprisingly quiet given that it is an active marina. The 15 Point restaurant across the lot is amazing and should not be missed. The apartment itself was very clean and the bathroom was spacious. The bedrooms do not have any windows or doors - just a curtain you pull across to separate from the living room/kitchen area. There's one AC unit in the kitchen/living area that does a great job cooling the place, but you need your curtain open.

Was a comfortable and great stay, nice beach walks in the morning if you have a dog with you. Host was wonderful!

very clean - nice property - fun location

We were in Newport for a wedding - same timing as Boat Show. We stayed in Portsmouth and it was PERFECT!!!!!!! Sunset Cove restaurant was just across the street - breakfast was great and lunch outside - bar, live music - spectacular. We weren't in the Apartment that much but when we were it was GREAT!!!!!

This unit is a gem. The setting is beautiful, with a marina, beaches and short distance from a fine restaurant. Did I mention. the sunsets. There were three adults and a child in our party and the accommodations were perfect. The kitchen was good for breakfasts and putting together lunches. Our host Jennifer was accommodating and responded to questions is short order. If your looking for a great spot with easy access to Cape Cod, Providence, Boston and Newport this is the place to be. Hightly recommended.

The property is part of a Marina office building, so it is not a standalone home. But it is on the edge of the water with beautiful views of the marina and river. It’s a busy spot outside because of neighbor Restaurant and the Marina traffic, but inside was perfectly quiet. Extremely clean and well maintained.
