The apartment has a spectacular view over the marina of Funchal. It has 4 large windows that give access to the balcony that surrounds the whole apartment and was designed to enjoy all day, sunlight, from sunrise to sunset.

The building is very well soundproofed, so the apartment is very quiet, even being in the heart of Funchal. State within the apartment will not hear noises from outside and you will get the feeling that you are out of the city center. This apartment is situated in the heart of Funchal center. you can easily walk to anywhere in Funchal. you have supermarket´s, Bakery´s, most famous Cafe and Restaurants at your door steep. Enjoy a nice walk by the Marina at night and return home with in minutes.

Next to the apartment there is a bus stop, bakery, mini-market, laundry, restaurant.
