Marais District Spacious Apartment

Beautiful spacious apartment, convenient to shops, restaurants and metro. Host extremely helpful and responsive truly invested in guests well being and comfort. Overall lovely time in Paris.

We stayed at Bertrand’s beautiful apartment's for a week during the Olympics. His home is just as described and so close to everything! We loved it and want to come back!! Bertrand was also a great host!

This apartment location was perfection, away from the touristy crowds but still super central. Supermarket, metro, pharmacy all 1 block away. Loved all that the Marais had to offer and mostly ate within the neighborhood. Bertrand was a wonderful host, available to answer questions and flexible. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Lots of room for a family of 4 to spread out after a day of exploring. Quiet and safe. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Bertrand was an excellent host, and his apartment was the perfect home base from which to explore the city of Paris. The apartment afforded my family of four (two teen boys) space and privacy after our long days of touring. Bertrand met us at the apartment to show us around and checked in a few times to see how everything was going. The apartment looked right onto the Rue di Rivoli, a bustling street a few minutes' walk to the St. Paul metro station. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or to recommend the apartment to others needing a central location with space to unwind while in Paris

Thank you, Bertrand, for sharing your elegant, spacious, comfortable & beautifully decorated apartment. Very comfortable beds, plenty towels; it’s fully loaded with every amenity imaginable. The kitchen is fabulous; I so wanted to cook in it but alas, all those bistros were calling us!! Location location location! Open the front door & we were right in the middle of Le Marais,our favorite area. Walk a few blocks the other direction to the Seine. A block from metro, markets, restaurants, boulangeries & shops. We will return to Bertrand’s apt again next year!! Thank you for sharing your home with us & for being such a gracious,generous host! Oh yes, we enjoyed viewing all your art & antiques!

The apartment was the perfect home base for our Parisian visit! Walking distance to most things and easy metro location just down the street. The neighborhood oozes with charm. And the apartment itself was just perfect! Bertrand is a most gracious host!

Spacious apartment with five floor to ceiling windows that open with a French balcony. Many shops and restaurants minutes away! Full kitchen, and very comfortable, bed and bedding! We would highly recommend!

We loved our stay in this apartment and the host was so informative and very easy to deal with.. The location can't be beat. We enjoyed having the metro so close and also loved the location for exploring the wonderful Marais area. The apartment truly made a perfect spot our time in Paris!!

Location on #1 metro makes it very easy to get to most key sites without transfers, or with easy walks to Notre Dame, Cluny, Picasso, Pompidou. Owner friendly and accessible, tho absent physically from the site at the time we were there. “Lived in”, homey feeling. Cannot sleep more than three, maybe four, comfortably.

We spent a week in this lovely well-appointed apartment, and felt like we've found our home away from home. Bertrand is the most accommodating host and nothing is too much trouble, he kept us informed every step of the way and checked in on us regularly to see if we needed any assistance. The apartment is clean, comfortable, quiet and very well located, with everything you may need for your stay, we were very sad to leave.
