Xianxiu, our host, was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. She knows the local area and Smith college. We selected the Maple suite for the value and close proximity to Smith and town - we were with our granddaughter who had scheduled a tour of the Smith campus prior to enrollment later this year. The single king and single twin bed arrangement worked out perfect for the three of us. Good layout with a really decent sized apartment kitchen with table and chairs, and a separate comfortable living area -- there's even a desk. Easy to get to; ample parking; easy walking to town and campus for experiencing the local culture; great host; comfortable suite in older home.

Had some delay in receiving instructions but host responded quickly and apologized. The suite was in a great location to visit daughter at Smith and parking was definitely a plus.

The home is incredibly clean and comfortable! The host is kind, welcoming, and very responsive. This was my second time staying here, and I already can’t wait to return. My only critique is that the photos don’t do this place justice. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities.

This is a spacious 1st floor apartment with full kitchen and TV room, which sets it apart from the 2nd floor apartments, which I have also stayed in. Accommodations are comfortable and relaxed. Overall, this is a quiet area. I especially love the off-street parking and proximity to Smith College because it makes everything easier to visit her.

Loved staying here! Communication and access were so easy, as was getting around town from this location. Will stay again!

I loved everything about it. My granddaughters came over to help bake cookies and make charm bracelets. Then showered and got bedtime stories from Nana before heading back to their home. Great location.

Very clean first-floor apartment, as described in the listing. The location was great, very close to downtown Northampton but in a quiet neighborhood. The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the main bed had a pretty bad dip in the middle (a foam mattress), so if you have any back issues this will not feel great. The second (twin) bed is fine. However, good beds are never guaranteed anywhere you stay. Otherwise, everything in the apartment functioned as it should, and everything was very clean. Also, great water pressure!

Really a very nice apartment, quiet neighborhood (at least when we were there), great base of operations to explore the area from, very nice place to come back to after a long day. Wish we had had more time to stay and explore!
