Majestic Lofts #301- Printers Alley

Perfect as always!

We booked this property for a girl’s trip. We had to share rooms, so the king beds were wonderful. It was also nice that every single bedroom had its own bathroom, which is essential with so many women! We were also a seven minute walk from all of the action. And we even were able to find a small corner market for some essentials. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent place and in the heart of Nashville. Its better than the pics. We enjoyed it so much we already booked for my birthday. Highly recommended.

The location of the Loft was walking distance to Broadway.Very quiet and comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed. Coffee, towels, blankets, snacks, waters.Communication with Dawson was perfect. He responded quickly to any and all questions., We had a fantastic time in Nashville. Thanks again...

WOW!!! What a wonderful property and fantastic hosts. They pay attention to the details and it shows. Wonderful hosts!!! We had a group of seven and all couples had King beds. Our odd ball had a queen which worked out perfectly for our needs. Each room had a bathroom in it and the beds were very comfortable.Location was good. Just a couple blocks walk down Printers Alley to Downtown Broadway. 10 out of 10 for sure!!!The Jack Daniels tour with lunch at Mrs. Bobo’s was the highlight of the trip. Great experience and aside from the distance, it was a great use of our time. Enjoy!

Everything we could have asked for in a stay. More than enough room for everyone. Walking distance from everything on Broadway. I was a little concerned about getting to the location, but we arrived at 4:00 PM on a Thursday and were able to pull right up to the door by way of Bankers Alley for drop off. We left Sunday at 9:30 AM and no one was around so we drove right down the alley again. I would not expect to drive down the alley in the evenings. We parked at 310 Commerce which was close by, secure, and reasonably priced on SpotHero. Noise was no issue at all even though we were only on the 3rd floor during a weekend. Great host communication for check in and check out. We didn't need anything during our stay. I would stay here again.

The check in process was super easy and the owner communicated with us to ensure we got in ok and everything was up to par.It EXCEEDED our expectations. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 4 couples. The decor was fun and upscale. The amenities were above and beyond anywhere I have stayed. Very close to Broadway which made it easy to walk.Thank you for a fabulous stay! We will be back!!!

The location of the loft is perfect. Close to everything. We had a group of 7 adults and we all could come and go as we pleased. Close enough to return to during your day for a quick nap or a change of clothes. The Loft is exactly as described, spacious and very clean. Check-in was a breeze. No complaints at all.

Dawson and his crew did an amazing job!!! They were very helpful and looked after us as though we were family! The loft was perfect for everything we needed. The location was fantastic and had easy access to all the fun things to do in Nashville. I would recommend Majestic Lofts to anyone who wants to live the Nashville dream!

The lofts were super clean, comfortable, convenient, close to everything. Our host answered all of our questions, was helpful when needed, and even was gracious when some of our friends could not make it. We will be staying here the next time we are jn town.

My friend group, 4 couples, stayed here for a long weekend for my 50th birthday. Great location, easy walk to local entertainment and clean. Everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Majestic Lofts for a weekend in January on a mother-daughter girls trip, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The loft exuded character and was incredibly comfortable for all of us. The location was ideal, and the owners were extremely accommodating with excellent communication. I highly recommend this VRBO for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We had 7 adults, ages from 22-52. The location was a couple blocks off Broadway, far enough away from the noise and crowds but only a few minutes walk. The loft was as nice as the photos and had anything you would need.

This is one of the best units I’ve rented in Downtown Nashville. The 9 of us had a great time celebrating a friend’s birthday. The location is perfection, the unit is large and very well equipped, and the owner is extremely attentive and hospitable. I will be back. Five stars all around! Thank you Dawson!

My wife and I took our 21 yr old daughter and her friends to Nashville for her birthday. The girls being able to all have their own bedrooms and especially bathrooms was completely awesome!! Great place to stay!! In the middle of all the action, but when you got to the rooms it was quiet and restful.

Dawson was an amazing host and was easy to get in contact with. We went for a girls weekend and the condo was perfect. Beautifully decorated, very clean and great location.

Amazing property! And so clean!! Plenty of room for our group of 10 ladies. Was stocked with all the essentials and check in/out was easy. Convenient location The Host communicated promptly and directions were spot on. There is some noise from the Bar below- won’t be a problem if you put the night owls in the back rooms- the master has its own door to the hallway. Would definitely recommend this property and will stay again when in Nashville!

Stayed at this property with a total of (4) couples for an extended weekend. It was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and the location was excellent. It is located in the heart of Printers Alley, but we weren't bothered by any street noise at night. Would definitely recommend!
