Fun place to stay. Very cute cottage. It was way to hot to walk for the time of year. Excellent accommodations. Highly recommend.

This was our first time to Fredericksburg, and we loved it. The cottage was in a wonderful location, and it was very clean, cute, and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Everything about this place was excellent! Only thing is the remote control to the fireplace did not work, but not a big deal!! We will definitely come back!

The room was exceptional. I would say that it is probably not walking distance to downtown, but it was a short drive straight down the street. This made it very convenient.

The accommodations were clean & well decorated. Nice & quiet & relaxing.The bed was very comfortable. The chairs were not real comfy but better with a throw pillow behind our backs. There were plenty of towels. The frig froze a few things in the back of the refrigerator part. We had a light bulb missing out of the floor lamp & only 1 dinner plate. We communicated this with the management but didn't receive an answer, however they were quick to respond to other questions. Parking was easy. It is definitely a drive to downtown but doable. The AC had a little trouble keeping up with the heat but it wasn't unbearable. Over 100 while we were there.

We loved the cozy accommodations. We felt that the room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Location was convenient to the downtown area. Only one minor thing is the TV is a bit small. We had a great time!

Repeat visitor. Love being here while in Fredericksburg. Perfect location, close to the main area of shopping, eating, and wine tasting. And it is just the right space for a couple on a weekend get-away. Will be back again!

We loved our cabin. It was a little too far from the main part of town to be totally walkable but it’s still a nice location.

Quiet lovely place.The hot tub could be a bit warmer so we did not use it.

Loved the location! It was a very short drive to anywhere we wanted to go in Fredericksburg (vineyards, restaurants, shops, etc.). All toiletries needed were provided and the decor was really cute. Communication with property was also easily accessible. Highly recommend!

Easy to access, clean, and cozy. Home was not too far off from the Main St. restaurants and shops.

Had a wonderful weekend getaway with the wife. The property and room were in impeccable condition. Very nice, very clean. Perfect place to stay for a couple. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the bathroom was a little on the small side but nothing bad at all. Getting in and out was easy. Far enough from the crowds that it was quiet but maybe just a little too far to walk. I'd stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here!! Perfect for our short getaway to Fredericksburg. I have two feedbacks to give. I would either move the 24 inch TV closer to the bed or get a bigger TV. I also think a couch rather than 2 uncomfortable reclining chairs would be nice. Otherwise, the space was perfect.

Easy access to all of Main Street; room was well apportioned and equipped nicely! Loved closeness to pool, and the quietness of the community.

It was exactly as pictured. Cute property, clean, right on the edge of Main Street so you can walk the main strip if you like. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I celebrated our 38th Anniversary in Fredericksburg and it was an amazing celebration. Our room we booked through VRBO was amazing. The time we spent there was short lived because we wanted to stay longer. There are so many things to do and everyone there was very friendly. We are planning our next visit there already!
