The accommodations were excellent. Everything was clean and neat. Two suggestions- there was no trash can in the front room and a small one in the bathroom. Now I know most people go out and about for everything, we do not. Either an additional larger trash can in the room or access to the outdoor trashcan please. And - the floor of the shower is very slippery when wet. The wrong person falls and it could get ugly. Will stay there again!

Room was cozy with a quaint sitting area and perfect bed. The bathroom was a nice surprise w updated vanities and shower.

We have stayed here before and unfortunately was very disappointed in this past stay. The mattress was the worst I have ever had and was uneven and sunk severely in the middle causing a great deal of discomfort. Additionally, the WIFI was the worst I have ever had and was unable to do my work I needed to do. I had to go into town to a loud coffee shop to work. When I texted the number the only response was that is all we have not I am sorry or offer any other assistance. It is unfortunate because we enjoyed staying here previously, but the quality has definitely declined.

We returned to Fredericksburg, for a visit. We did not want a Motel setting. Absolute Charm told us they had over 200 sites for us to choose from. We stayed in Main-Street Retreat . Our air conditioner went out. They sent a repairman in 15 minutes. They moved us to another suite. We loved sitting out front, having our morning coffee, on our porch. We would highly recommend Absolute Charm.

Great location and a great place! Although, the air conditioning in this particular unit is sub-par. At night, it works fine but, during the day it struggles to maintain temperature. We found the thermostat set at 73 degrees and we never changed it, we left it alone. During the day, the temperature (on the thermostat) would sometimes read up to 80 degrees. Potentially an A/C sizing issue for the heat-load it is trying to control. Otherwise, a great place. Thanks, Kyle Voth.

Convenient parking lot. Easy to get to Main Street. Clean room. Clean property. Nice pool. This room is close to the pool but you can’t hear the people at the pool. Cute place. Would book again.

We loved our stay, however our friends had a larger room and we paid the same amount. The accommodations were nice, but I am not sure why all of the rooms are the same price per night when there are larger floor plans available.

Excellent place. Towel holder by sink fell off, tried to put back on but could not. Would definitely stay again!!

Noisy staying by the road! Would prefer not close to road. Also could not watch but one channel on tv!
