Stayed May 20, 2022Property was clean and bed and bedding were excellent. That said, the location wasn’t exactly in the heart of downtown and the room small for the price. Also the room didn’t have much soap and we had to make a special trip to store to get some. Not big deal but for the price would of expected different.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Cute place and check-in was fast and easy. We only had minor issues -for example: fridge froze all our food, coffee maker kept making the coffee pods explode. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024The accommodations were very nice (other than a couple little things). It was lovely sitting on the porch and enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of walking. We had a few questions prior to check in and someone always answered. Only complaint was that we were farther from downtown than expected but we just left our vehicle and took a Lyft! We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Oct 13, 2024Our room was perfect. The bed was comfortable . The bathroom was big. Our kitchen area had everything we needed. We were told there wasn’t a closet, but there is a place to hang clothes which was another good surprise for us. The pool and the hot tub was well maintained. We will be back to Fredericksburg and we will try to stay at the same room. ?????

Stayed Jun 7, 2024If u r looking for a great close to everything place to stay this is it. Very nice hot tub and pool. Great chairs on each porch, we actually want those chairs for home. Also tables and chairs under shade trees. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our only complaint was the mattress was terrible. We woke up throughout the night and with back pains. The mattress has a large dip in the center and it either needs to be flipped or replaced. Everything else was AMAZING! Great location, private, had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Stayed Jun 2, 2024We absolutely enjoyed the stay! The place was perfect!! We plan on going back later this year. The pool & hot tub was the icing on the cake.
