Far more noisy than I ever imagined

This is a good place to stay for one or two days. Location is a five star.

It was in a very convenient spot relative to downtown auburn and toomers corner.

The property was very clean and well stocked. Very convenient to downtown Auburn. Property Manager was excellent!

Place needs some love and the area walking up to the place is really gross and needs to be cleaned up, there is trash everywhere.

Excellent location, very responsive host, and clean, comfortable beds.

We love staying at the Magnolia Linen Company units at this location. They are always clean and nice!! The location is great and near everything!!

Great location for a game day weekend!

This unit is in the perfect spot!! Very convenient to everything but as some have said, you must be comfortable with the noise from the bars. The noise machines help significantly but the bars have their music blasting until the early hours. The unit itself was as described.

Location, location, location! Easy, detailed check-in/check-out instructions. The apartment was clean.

Had a good stay and I had an issue with the internet. Amanda got back with me shortly after I notified and a solution was given.

Great property and convenient to campus! The noise of the bars (mentioned in the listing and by others) was minimal and didn’t bother us at all.

Great place and location but know that the bar next door is loud, in case you’re looking for a quieter place.

Came to visit auburn for our senior. This place was great! Close to campus and any restaurant or coffee place we wanted.

Amazing location to experience downtown and the campus ! Brought my high school senior to tour my alma mater and this was the perfect location to do everything we planned. Great communication from management. Will 100%recommend this property and plan to stay here again. A+++

We recently stayed here with 3 adult couples to visit our kids who are students at Ole Miss and go to a football game. The house was perfect for us with 3 bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms. The kitchen and living area were well equipped and updated with plenty of space for our group. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this rental. Also, great proximity to the Oxford square a d Ole Miss campus.

Absolutely wonderful location. It is loud over the bar but we brought noice cancelling headphones and the host has noice machines which took care of it. Great for walking to campus, football stadium, and downtown!
