Stayed May 10, 2025Very small bedroom and bathroom. This is not a studio. Barely a single room with a queen bed. No room for luggage, clothes, anything. No room to turn around. Bathroom door didn’t close. Only 4 hair & body gel (not separate, all in one) bottles for two people for ten days. Laundry facility not working, had to go to the nearby laundromat and pay. Worst of all we were given 5th floor (would be sixth floor in US) and no elevator. Very narrow stairs. Location of s great but I would never go there again.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Unit was nice but extremely small, I think even for Paris standards.Pros:* Location is amazing, just a couple blocks from the Louvre and about 3 blocks from Les Halles for dining, shopping mall, Metro, etc. * Hosts are very responsive to issues/questions.* A/C works well.* Unit was recently updated and has nice towels, sheets, plates, etc.* Smart TV was pretty new and nice. * There was quite a bit of storage considering the size of the unit. Cons:* There is no lift and the stairs are very small, not evenly spaced, and extremely difficult to carry luggage up and down. We were in unit 10, which is the top-most unit, 82 steps up. * You have to step into the shower in order to close the bathroom door to use the toilet, and the door drags on the floor making it very difficult to close. If you have any extra weight, you have to suck in your gut to enter the bathroom. The shower door is also difficult to open/close. Both of these issues need to be addressed. The bathroom door could possibly be replaced with a sliding pocket door. * Unit 10 does not have a view except to the back of the adjacent building. Pro/con: * The free laundry facilities are in an unfinished cellar, but there are no instructions on how to use the washer/dryer combo units.

Stayed Jun 2, 2025Pros: (1) The location is great, (2) it was clean, and (3) no issues communicating with the host.Cons: (1) The apartment is incredibly small. It is smaller than my university dormitory. I’ve visted Paris before and I knew that apartments are generally small here, but I was still surprised about just how small it was. (2) The apartment is on the 4th or 5th floor and the spiral stairs are very, very narrow. My wife and I are under 30 years old and in good shape, and we had to make a concious effort to be careful each time we went up or down the stairs. Carrying luggage up/down the stairs will be quite difficult for anyone that stays here, even for those in great shape. (3) The bathroom door doesn’t close properly and came entirely off it’s hinges, but I’m sure that can be fixed. These “cons” are not really the host’s fault, rather it’s just the reality of the space.

Stayed May 30, 2024The apartment was lovely with everything we needed. The 5 flights of stairs kept us in shape. Great location , close to the Louvre & great restaurants.
