Heated Pool & Solar Back-Up! Family-Friendly Home Moments to Maho Beach!

Perfect place for us to stay and enjoy exploring the whole island. Highly recommend. 10/10.

Beautiful property and amazing views!It was the best communication we have ever had from booking to check out. Loved working with Emily and Anthony as well as the tip received regarding the ferry (thank you)! The kitchenware was excellent and the home was spotless we have never stayed in the same place twice however we are already making plans to rebook! Thank you again and Happy Holidays!

The place was so peaceful and the views to the North and South were spectacular. The local deer were out every evening. We also fished near the coral bay marina about 8 mins away and caught a bunch of different fish.

This is a wonderful, comfortable property in a very convenient location. The house itself is spacious and airy, with a fantastic kitchen stocked full of high-end cooking equipment. The bedroom (we only used the primary bedroom) was air conditioned and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and roomy, with a rainfall shower and beautiful tiling. The deck and pool were heavenly! There are excellent views to the north and east, and neighbors are far enough away that you feel very much alone at the top of the world. I highly recommmend Woodbine Villa.

Three generations of my family just enjoyed the beautiful Woodbine home in St John. The view is magnificent, the pool stayed warm for evening relaxation. I would absolutely stay there again should we be lucky enough to return to the island!

This property is fantastic. The views of the bays below are incredible! The house had everything we needed for a week on the island. The location is great for access to the north shore beaches as well as the less crowded beaches near coral bay! The host is very responsive and they help you get ready for your trip. We will stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at Woodbine. The house is very well laid out with great amenities. Plenty of room made the visit that more relaxing. The oversized deck, pool and view were a highlight of staying at this location. It was close to beaches yet far enough away from Cruise Bay for us. If we decide to come back to St. John in the near future we would certainly stay at Woodbine again!

Can't say enough good things about Woodbine Villa and Emily, the property manager.Woodbine had everything we needed for our family of four, kids ages 10 and 7. The views were absolutely stunning, even better than we could've imagined from the photos in the property listing. We watched the sunrise every morning - it was the most peaceful way to start the day. The property was extremely clean, well-stocked kitchen, beach gear provided, and pool. The kids loved all the animals - deer on the front and back lawn; donkeys in the road; chickens at the bottom of the hill; tree frogs; and hearing the roosters crow. Great location - minutes from the best beaches on the island; short drive to restaurants and other amenities.It was our first trip to St. John and Emily was so communicative, providing many tips and helpful information along the way. We were so sad to leave Woodbine and will miss the breathtaking views from the home. We hope to make it back to St. John and would definitely stay at Woodbine again and recommend to all our friends considering booking a trip.Thank you Emily and Anthony!

Property is located near top of Mamey Peak. Breezes and views are fantastic. Property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The deck and pool area are great after a day of beaches and excursions. Donkeys and deer come right up to the property. Emily was great to communicate with. Prompt and provided all the info and support you need. Great stay 20 out 10 stars.

Oh my gosh the house was so pretty and well stocked, the pool was perfection, nice temp… gorgeous views….very comfy and relaxing.

Woodbine as very well stocked with everything you could need. The villa,deck and pool were beautiful anddvery clean. As noted in the listing the drive up to the villa is rough however it wasn’t too long. Loved that it as close to North Shore beaches. A short drive to Coral Bay or Cruz Bay. Emily was very responsive to all texts. We will be back. The Reinemanns

Do Not stay here. Just don't. The home and property are amazing. Emily, Amazing. Pool, Amazing. Weather, well, you understand, Amazing. This property sets a very high bar and any place after this just won't measure up. This place made our stay, the restaurant down the street, Shambles, avoid. It really is a shambles with cold food, slow service, barflies, and attitude. Better yet, do yourself a favor and make your meals in the well equipped kitchen. I wish that all of our stays were as wonderful as our stay here. Thank you.

We had a great week at Woodbine Villa! It was clean, well stocked and was in a perfect location to enjoy the whole island. Loved eating on the porch, we had a visit from the donkeys during dinner. The host was easy to communicate with and gave a lot of great suggestions! Thanks for an awesome week.

The pictures cannot describe the great feeling you have from the decks of this villa with lofty views on both sides. Inside, the villa is pristine with a great open floorplan and a very nicely remodeled kitchen that is very well equipped. Everything worked perfectly in the villa except a smoke detector that went on the fritz one morning, but Anthony came and fixed it right away so no problem. Studio apt on lower level was perfect for my son and his girlfriend to stay in with the added privacy. The solar power with battery backup came in handy one night when we had power outage that lasted several hours. Location was good for us - very close to Maho Bay which is one of our favorite beaches. The road up to the villa is a bit steep and bumpy but no problem if you have a jeep. Overall we had a great time and would gladly stay here again!
