The apartment consists of a spacious and bright living-dining room completely renovated with wooden floors, television and very high speed wifi, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, extractor, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The completely refurbished bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet, the separate bedroom consists of a large bed (170 x 200), a closet and a private veranda of 3 m2. From the living room you have access to a second veranda of 13 m2 with a table and chair. From the veranda you have access to the garden of more than 112 m2 with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Finally, there is a lounge lounge area outside. The rental is all inclusive with linens, beach towels, private parking space for cars. The very residential area is equipped with jute in front of the apartment with a grocery store (offering rolls in the morning as well as sandwiches and drinks, newspapers, etc.), a butcher, a pharmacist, a 'an aesthetic center and a dressing table. 300 m away is a supermarket and a medical center.
