Stayed Jan 13, 2024There were a number of very good aspects of this property. The private parking spot was a plus since we had rented a car. The location was perfect and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Having a washing machine in the unit was a plus. Our stay was for 10 weeks so we cooked most of our meals in the apartment. All the appliances worked well. The bed was very comfortable. The unit could use a facelift, however we believe this will be happening soon. Our host answered our questions properly. We would return. Good value. Thank you

Stayed Jan 7, 2023The apartment is certainly not Magnifico as described in the advert. The kitchen is very poorly equipped. The dining chairs are plastic and uncomfortable. When we arrived only 2cups 1 cracked , 2 glasses , no cooking dish for the oven, the non stick frying pan was very sticky, very old cutlery. Floor tiles cracked everywhere . No sharp knives. The management company however were extremely helpful. No contact with the owner. Never stay there again
