Stayed May 17, 2025The room quality was ver poor. They divided the living space to make two rooms. The divider was covered in sheets to hide it. There was a piece of carpet screwed to the wall above the dresser and the refrigerator was on top of the dresser. The air conditioner was not even close to strong enough so the room stayed hot and smelled musty like a cabin on a lake. There were bugs mashed into the carpet as well. We were given one set of towels for a 5 day stay and they never cane to change any sheets or supply clean towels.The neighborhood was old and the landscaping was unkept. We are an older couple and did not feel safe. We called to complain and ask to cancel but instead they told us that they get so many wonder praises. They refused any sort of refund and wouldn’t let us cancel. Im sure they will deny all this but we are not just being picky and I wouldn't ever take this much time to leave a review if the stay wasn’t as bad as I am describing. Do not stay here unless you have exhaustedk any and all options and even then a tent at a homeless camp would be better.
