Your apartment was perfect, well appointed, comfortable just what we needed

What a bright and open space! The property is well kept and feels like a home not like just a weekend rental. The owners were very accommodating and lovely. The layout is nice and the kitchen was well stocked. There is a bus stop just steps away from the door. I would definitely recommend this as a base when visiting Chicago.

Was exactly as advertised. Hosts were very gracious and happy to help with anything you may need. Myself and three of my friends stayed here to attend concerts at The Salt Shed. Was only a mile from the venue so we were able to walk to and from the show.

Fabulous property and location. Check in was easy and communication with our hosts excellent. The property itself is well cared. Our family had a wonderful time!

Check in and property information were given after booking to make our group check in a breeze. Fun location with a bit of walking to access the public metro system (the L). Plenty of space and the kitchen size made it easy for our two families to have space.

This was a great place to stay for our group of 5 friends. The kitchen and living area had plenty of room for hanging out comfortably. The hosts were always available close-by but out of sight. The kitchen was very well stocked and had a lot of basics. Even though we didn’t cook at all, we could have easily done so with everything they had on-hand. It was super-easy to grab an uber anywhere in the city for a quick ride, or walk to nearby shops for a quick restock. Definitely a place I’d want to return to stay at again!

I’ve been a VRBO member for over two decades and this is in my top two properties of all time. The apartment is spacious, beautifully appointed and perfectly laid out for a large family gathering. The decoration throughout the space is fun and thoughtful and incredibly eclectic. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to be in the action but have a little solitude at the end Of the day. Better shopping and dining than Michigan Ave. without the traffic and crowds. And on top of all this goodness, by far the clearest and most consistent communication I’ve EVER experienced in vacation rentals. We can’t wait to come back!

Hosts Carole and Basil are amazing. Communication is prompt and helpful. Their home is stunning - clean, spacious and well equipped. The location was perfect, very safe and close to transportation options and grocery stores. We hope to be back!

This space had a great gathering area and kitchen! It was a great space to come together and relax between adventures:) Plenty of places to sleep.

Carole and Basil’s apartment is beautiful, spacious and in a lovely neighborhood. 7 ladies were visiting Chicago for a bday celebration and had a wonderful time. The apartment was the perfect size for our group. Had a few communication issues I think due to the company that the owner sets their booking up through and seemed to miss some emails back and forth. But Carole did share a lot of information about the area and had some nice recommendations. Would absolutely recommend

The loft was very clean, impressive kitchen, and right next to the bus 8 stop & red line. The multiple versions of beds and flexibility to accommodate a decent group of people was amazing.

This was a lovely apartment with great access. Had a glitch with the refrigerator not working when we first got there, which I would think it would be checked out first, But they were able to fix it after a bit and the rest of the weekend went smoothly. I would stay again.

This property was perfect for our family reunion. Carole and Basil were very helpful and checked in with us to make sure all was going well. The living space was just as described. It is a lovely kitchen and living area with wonderful artwork and amenities. It was very nice that Carole arranged a wheelchair for my dad at no extra charge. Definitely recommend this property.
