Stayed Dec 23, 2017The host was very helpful and reliable. Many examples: our flight kept changing hours and he ended up welcoming us on Christmas day at midnight. He reminded us that stores are closed and offered to buy groceries for us when we were emailing him from London (The host answers almost within the minute which is very helpful when you're having problems with an airline). The appartment is very well located and maintened (internet, cable, fridge, etc) in a residencial area next to Forum Madeira. The apartment has an indoor parking and an elevator which is perfect for a family with a stroller or a wheelchair. 5 stars and highly recommended!
