Location and great communication regarding checkin.

Everything was great! Good location, comfortable beds and everything you needed to have a good stay.

We had a wonderful experience throughout our entire stay. The home was clean and welcoming. The host was quick to respond at all times. The location is perfect, very close to local activities and CSU. We will definitely be back!

Location was excellent for going to Dickson! The place was very clean and perfect for us. My only thing to note, and this is nothing that the owner has control over, is that there’s construction right next door to the building. If you aren’t an earlier riser, you might be until that’s done. But otherwise, this place was perfect and would totally book again!

This place was chic, quiet and very clean! It was the perfect location for a quick walk to Dickson or local shops, while keeping it a relaxing visit. We walked everywhere which is so convenient. It was a safe location and super easy check in/out. The host was quick to reply. Will definitely be staying here again!

The condo was very clean, modern, and stocked with all the necessary amenities. The location is perfectly located near Dickson St.,and also has a couple of restaurants and bars within the immediate area. We will be back for sure!

The place was very clean and nice. Had plenty of coffee and even snacks. Close walk to Dickson and food. Host was easy to contact and the place seemed very secure with the gated entry. Would definitely stay again.

Great property and experience

Easy, close to venue, clean, great beds, great shower, good pressure, hot water, great appliances, tv connectable to our apple TV, separate commode room in bathroom, close parking.

We were in town for UArk family weekend. This precious condo is perfect for visiting. It’s close to all of the action but far enough away to have a peaceful night’s sleep. There are a few restaurants a few short steps away too! The host was so easy to communicate with and very helpful.

The condo is very well appointed. Very comfortable and clean. The owner had us a bottle of wine waiting on us when we checked in, which was great. The owner was extremely communicative. Overall, great experience.

Lovely luxury condo within walking distance of Dickson Street. Highly recommend if you are looking for an upscale place to stay in downtown Fayetteville!

The condo was great - everything was as expected and the location is fantastic. It is close enough to Dickson to walk, but far enough away to be quiet. The only challenge is only having one parking spot in the event you arrive with two vehicles. This was fairly easily overcome parking on the street nearby for a small fee.
