LV021 A Single Story Studio Near the Main Pools

This studio was just as advertised. It was incredibly convenient to two pools. From what I understand, it was off season so it was quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again.

the place was clean and updated. Bed was comfortable and linens were soft. They have now put EV chargers in the community so you can charge your EV, which is new.

Property and staff were exceptional. Convenient area to local amenities and events. Only issue was with check in. Door code did not work.

This was the perfect getaway for us. The room was clean and quiet with just the amenities we needed and the grounds offered so many options for pools that it was easy to find a place to relax and enjoy the sun.

What a little GEM. My husband an I where looking for a fun but quiet getaway. This property was all that an more. Beautiful grounds an pools. Close to all resorts.. interior of room was nice an clean the spa bath was the best!! Thank you will totally book again!!!

First floor villa made it super easy for our dog to go outside.I will book again given yhe perfect villa with fridge and microwave, very nice secure community to walk around and multiple pools to choose from

The carpet has mold and the unit has a horrible smell. Not pleasant at all.

Very nice unit. Just a studio, so not a lot to it. Bathroom nice amd shower good. Bed is very hard and not too comfy.The family staying in the other part of the unit was very loud, but i have not had that issue before.

We were in La Quinta for a soccer tournament and this was a perfect little apt. Clean, quiet, safe. I do have some suggestions to make the stay a little better. First- this apt is close to pools- like listed. The French doors open to a patio that opens to the main pathway, which a lot of people walk past, so not that much privacy. You can’t really open the doors and get fresh air without people crossing the path. This is ok, but we like to have fresh air and thought the little patio was more private. The hot water seemed to take a while to kick in, which is ok but seemed like we were wasting water in the dessert while waiting for the hot water. There wasn’t a full length mirror, something I feel is needed. There is a foyer that connects two apts together, which could be great if you have a bigger party. Overall the stay was great, super quiet and we were well rested - way better than the business of a hotel. Community was super cute and safe. There was sometimes a hold up at the front gate, as the delivery and cleaning trucks seemed to have long conversations with the front gate agents. Other than that pretty simple. A little confusing about the parking and A LOT of instructions that you have to dig in your phone to find…I guess we all have to rely on technology. Overall good stay and I’d stay again.

It was a perfect four days to rest and relax. I love the variety of pools and hot tubs to choose from. It’s a 30 minute walk to old town La Quinta. Really lovely place – I especially love the hammocks!

Quiet and comfortable

We love the Legacy Villas! Super cute and conveniently located in darling La Quinta. We had a 15 second walk to the pool, great little patio for mornings, wifi, great parking, and a cute breakfast spot at the big pool. All we needed! Our grown kids stayed in another unit across the street! we will return, again and again!!

Loved the access to the pool, just around the corner. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great Location! Only wished the fridge had a freezer portion to it.
