There is ample paid parking in the carpark at the front of the property. Please refer to parking signs for more information.

No parties. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this.

A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.

Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50.

If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.

Stripe processing fee will be deducted if the guest requests a refund.

    Property was great with right at the water and stunning views. Very spacious , nice and clean. Only issue in one of the ensuite toilet the lock wasn’t working and they informed us that waiting for the part to fix. I guess some temporary latch or movable lock could have been placed. Everything else was great which you expect from the luxury apartment. Definately recommend it as everything is in your doorstep… restaurants, riverside park and the short walk to the cbd .

    The apartment was spotless and spacious when we arrived, although had a little distinctly locating it It would have been easier if there was a dedicated parking space. As the whole area was very full with cars on arrival

    The host was very helpful and let us know about the paid and non-paid parking at the apartments. The apartment was very modern, clean and cosy with a lovely view over the waterfront.

    Great location, comfortable beds, everything you need for a quick few days away. Would definitely stay there again if i head back to launceston
