Stayed Jul 22, 2024John’s apartment was clean, comfortable and cute, and he was very accommodating. Very close to Red Rocks for our concert and a great location for exploring lots of cool sites within 1-2hrs. Would stay again.

Stayed Apr 24, 2024Great house and John is an amazing property owner. The communication was excellent. We came here for a concert at Red Rocks and this house was in a convenient place to get there. Near lots of restaurants and shopping, but the house is in a quiet neighborhood. Best of both worlds. Definitely recommend.

Stayed Sep 28, 2019Very cozy place to stay. All rooms were very clean and inviting. The owner was very accommodating and welcomed texts/calls for any issues (there weren't any). Nice quite neighborhood but still located close to restaurants/businesses. Uber rides to downtown were 10 minutes tops. Would certainly consider staying again!

Stayed Aug 8, 2024Very clean, comfortable and accommodating in a pleasant, attractive neighborhood. Large, modern kitchen, well stocked with coffee, tea and condiments. Comfortable king size bed. Large ten seat dining area. Inviting back yard. Attentive owner.

Stayed Jun 12, 2024Fantastic place to stay for a Denver/Mountain vacation. Close to downtown and Red Rocks with easy access to points West. John is a gracious host and all of his recommendations are on point. The place is very clean, the beds are super comfy and the steam shower is a game changer. We will definitely stay again next time we come!

Stayed May 25, 2024Close to the city but quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay in this cute 2 bedroom suite. Check-in and out were simple and contactless. The steam shower was amazing once we figired it out. Lots of lounge space for relaxing after exploring the metro area. Would stay here again.

Stayed Feb 6, 2024My husband and I drove up from Florida to stay at John’s place. Not only was it gorgeous, super convenient, and beyond comfortable, John was AMAZING! He gave great recommendations, checked in on us, was super communicative, and even helped us when I got our car stuck in the snow from an unexpected storm. We loved it so much, we never wanted to leave. Thanks so much!!!
