The 3BR loft features a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and a spacious living area where you can gather with friends before hitting the town! This inviting space also offers three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a queen size bed, flat screen TV, luxurious linens, a dresser, closet, and an iron for your convenience, as well as two full bathrooms. One parking pass is provided, and if needed, there is ample parking available directly across the street for $25 per day. Experience comfort, convenience, and an unforgettable stay at our delightful downtown loft.

This loft is located in a mixed use brownstone. On the first floor there is the beloved Zelda's restaurant, known for serving quality seafood and steaks in a lively and inviting atmosphere. This 3BR loft is located on the second floor. On the third floor we have another 4BR loft, also available to rent. Please let us know if you need more space, as well also rent them as a combined 7BR to larger groups.

- 1 Free parking pass Included. Extra parking available across the street at $25/day. Managed by a third party
- Pets-allowed. There is a $150 pet/fee. Maximum 2 pets and should never be left unattended. All pets must be approved by management
- Absolutely no parties. $500 fee and immediate cancellation
- No smoking of any kind
- Missing parking pass will be charged a $75 fee

    Fantastic property - it’s even more spacious than it appears in the pictures. (Wine and charcuterie pics were not accurate though, LOL.) The cafe below the property has great wine, food, and service. I’d definitely stay at this condo again.

    The loft was great. Perfect location and very clean. Lots of space for our group of 6 and 3 dogs. However, Make sure if you need more than one towel per person, you bring your own because that’s all there was. Also not a lot of toilet paper and garbage bags. There was no soap for the showers either. Other than that we loved the place. My real complaint is that the host didn’t respond to my questions until I already checked out. I messaged the host to ask if there were more towels and where the garbage goes. I sent a few unanswered questions. While driving home some question(not all) were answered. Don’t let this deter you from renting the loft, just be prepared.

    The place was nicely finished. Beds super comfortable. Kitchen had all the basic necessities for cooking meals. Could hear footsteps from upstairs (4 bedroom) unit but not any voices. Could hear some kitchen noise and muffled music in evenings from bar below, but not too bad. With a few extras (coat hooks, minor maintenance fixes, more silverware, etc) could be even better! Walking distance to several places to eat, the main shopping/restaurant district is on the north side of the harbor while this is on the south. More parking here though! Corner convenience store one block south that had essentials for quick meals.

    This rental was perfect for our family. It was beautiful and spacious. Although the televisions did not work in the bedrooms everything else was great. Location is perfect.

    Overall, it was very nice. The communication from the host on getting in an hour early and how the tv worked could have been better. I think having more than 2 towels and one face cloth per room was a little light. There was also no shampoo, conditioner bath soap. For $1000/night that could have been provided.

    The quality of renovation of our unit was fabulous. Location is good but only get one resident parking permit which was a little inconvenient as we had two vehicles. There were just two negatives which are easily rectified. 1.Last two days, unit next door was occupied by a family with two dogs. Family went out during daytime leaving dogs to bark non-stop. I notified landlord but situation did not change. 2. I saw a couple of mice; one in our unit and one on stairs coming up to our unit.

    Stayed for one night with three friends. The apartment was clean and fresh. Beds and other furniture were comfortable. We loved the curtains! The property owners were thorough in their communication. Parking was easy. The restaurant downstairs is delicious, too!
