    Location in an older, but well-maintained, park-like apartment complex near the beach and the very beautiful beach promenade. The complex itself is quiet and idyllic, but the flat is quite noisy during the day, depending on the wind direction, due to the location on the A7/urban motorway. Very well maintained, clean, somewhat dated furnishings, fully equipped kitchen with many useful extras, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds. Terrace with new garden furniture and small garden offer plenty of privacy. Very nice and informative contact with the hosts Mary and Dave.

    We had an amazing stay at Dave's Park Beach rental. Every base was covered to ensure that our stay would be stress free. From the towels provided to the coffee machine to the information brochure detailing the best restaurants, bars etc. We found hiring a car to be beneficial, however there were plenty of options to eat and drink within walking distance. Additionally, the private back garden was kitted out with a Weber BBQ which we put to use! The apartment itself is much more spacious than I had originally thought from the photos and is in immaculate condition! The Park Beach pool is a real gem and the grounds are beautifully maintained, ideal for early morning or late evening walks. Dave was a pleasure to deal with. Looking forward to visiting Park Beach many more times.

    Great location, very clean grounds and pool. Stayed with our family with 3 children. Kitchen very well equipped and sky channels were a bonus for the kids. Good area for exploring nearby areas. We would definitely return.

    Beautiful.. Everything you could ask for.. Luxury bedding ect.. Can't wait to go back.. Gorgeous terrace and private garden... Over all setting and gardens around property are breathtaking... Fabulous pool at front door.. Very exclusive area.. Quite... Beside charming town with excellent restaurants

    Stayed here with a 12 and 14 year old,July 17 and cannot fault a thing. The position of the appartement is perfect, bedrooms and bathrooms ( shower in communal bathroom was brilliant) very large, lots of wardrobe/drawers and lots of hangers which is unusual. Beds very comfy. Large airy lounge with lazy boy sofas. Outside space was more than adequate with plenty of seating and sunbathing opportunities.This appartment has everything you need on holiday and more, every appliance, gadget, kitchen utensil,towels etc... you name it , this has it. There are 2 pools with onsite life guards ( make sure you take plastic glasses out to pool). Both pools have gradient levels into pool so great for old and young. Gardens and are lovely and well kept. We know the area well and would definately recommend. Try the beach bar at Heaven, it has been updated and is great for food or even just drinks. Saturday and Sunday has entertainment. Villa Cana has 4 restaurants, all very good especially the one near the beach. This is just a 5 minute walk away. Dave the owner was extremely helpful and was always at the end of the phone should you need him. Can't wait to go back , thanks Dave

    This is the second year we have stayed in this apartment. It is really lovely, the furnishings inside and out are great. Everything is well appointed, washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of crockery and cutlery, microwave, tons of linens and towels. Air conditioning, and full TV pack make this a great place to stay. The development is suberbly maintained with pool loungers and two huge pools. The owner is a delight to deal with and would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to stay. Lots of good restaurants in the area and two beaches one within walking distance and another within a 5min drive.

    We (family with 2 boys age 6 and 3) stayed for a week in May. Please do not be put off by the more traditional décor. The apartments offers everything you need and more. It was spotless on our arrival. Spaciously laid out. Kitchen has an abundance of crockery and cooking pots etc. so you are not having to wash after each meal. The Weber BBQ was fantastic! The washing machine looked brand new. The outdoor furniture ever so comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed the lazy boys. The swimming pool is brilliant if you have little ones who are not strong swimmers - there are no stairs so they are able to walk in and out and build their own confidence without you having to jump up every 5 minutes. The beach is a 10 minute walk with little ones. Our only gripe was the lack of internet (my husband still works on holidays) but this was being sorted out the week after we left. The local contact popped in to make sure we had settled in and very helpful with local information. Thank you David for allowing us the use of your holiday home. Please pass on to your wife she really does buy the best. We look forward to another family holiday in the near future.

    Spacious large ,clean apartment ,which was very comfortable with electric reclining leather sofas flat screen TV with Sky TV and British channels and wifi a must for our 16 year old son .The aircon was a much appreciated during the current heat wave ,although only needed it for a few hours at night as the apartment is very cool and airy .the large terrace and private garden was very enjoyable .The complex and gardens were beautifully maintained as were the 2 pools and plenty of sun beds . Excellent restaurants in cancelada only a 10 minute walk away .marbella only 10 mins away by car as is Estepona with its cobbled streets and great beach front . Dave the owner was very helpful and accommodating . We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it . We hope to return again .

    Just had two fantastic weeks in Park Beach with my boys, who are aged 12 and 14. The facilities at Park Beach are superb, spacious luxury apartment, beautifully maintained gardens and walk in pools suitable for all ages with a life guard on standby till 7pm during the peak season. The apartment is superbly appointed, with all the facilities you need including satellite tv, air con, dish washer and washer dryer etc to make your stay as comfortable as possible. My boys made friends with loads of other children staying there from all over Europe and it was hard to drag them away from the pool for day trips to the numerous nearby attractions. Nearby there is a varied selection of restaurants to cater for every taste and budget and we will definitely be going back again as this was our 3rd time at this apartment. This is luxury and relaxation that cannot be matched by high st travel agents and the owner, Dave, could not be more helpful in making the booking process as straightforward as possible. A car is essential for the holiday and we visited Selwo Safari Park, 5 mins away with great interaction with Monkeys and a cool zip wire ride to finish off (optional)! We also visited their marine park and the Mijas water park as part of a deal you can buy which I think works out a bit cheaper but all good value. I brought my Sat nav which helped alot on a couple of trips and if you are a first timer I would recommend it to get from the airport to the apartment.
