This is a stunning spacious duplex apartment, with large rooms arranged over 2 floors. Its contemporary architecture is complimented by the sleek and stylish finish inside with clean white walls, granite worktops, slate floors and modern classic contemporary furniture.

The 1st floor terrace is absolutely huge, bigger than a squash court! It over looks the pool area, has a built in BBQ with chimney to extract the smoke, large wooden dining table and seating for 6. There is also a table tennis table, dart board and sun loungers.

This is a sleeps 6 apartment (3 bedrooms upstairs)

Downstairs is the kitchen, living/dining room, shower &w/c, upstairs you will find 3 large bedrooms and huge family bathroom. Second bedroom has its own private balcony, and the master bedroom has its own terrace with stairs leading to a huge roof terrace with 360 degree panoramic view!
There is superb air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and in the lounge.

The condominium is beautifully kept with plants and trees throughout, and the pool is looked after via a salt water system. There is also a toddler pool in addition to the beautiful large swimming pool.

It is managed by an English speaking agent who will meet you when you first arrive, hand you yours keys and show you around, they will also be available via telephone should you need anything throughout your stay.

This apartment is managed by an establishment complying with 'Clean & Safe' health measures as per Turismo de Portugal's COVID CARE, meaning everything is deep cleaned and disinfected between guests.

    We had a very enjoyable holiday. The apartment was amazing, it is well equipped, spacious and in a good location. The pool is lovely, and the rest of the complex is very nice with all the trees and plants. We didn't arrive until midnight but the agent was waiting for us and was very friendly. She gave us a tour of the apartment. It is a 15-20 minutes walk to the beach and marina. We would happily return.

    We had a great stay here. The communication was excellent from the host. The pool area is brilliant, very quiet and never any issues getting a lounger. The apartment is large (inside and out) and we would recommend.

    The apartment was very spacious for 5 people, the host was easy to communicate with, nice big terrace with a BBQ and the highlight of the complex is the salt water pool.Things to improve: Have more seating in the the living room, there's enough space for another sofa so 5 people can sit comfortably. Also, the lighting needs improvement, not enough light fixtures and electrical outlets.The water pressure in the shower is too low, when someone is taking a shower you cannot flush the toilet or open a faucet anywhere in the house.The dishwasher needs to be checked as it doesn't clean the dishes well.Overall we had a great stay!

    Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Communication with the owner was very easy. We were given very detailed instructions before we arrived about parking, local shops, recommendations for restaurants. Great apartment in a quiet complex with lots of balcony space as shown in the photos. The rooftop terrace is beautiful especially at sunset. Fabulous pool, very clean. Nice welcome pack consisting of tea, bread, milk water when we arrived which was a lovely touch. 15/20 minutes walk to quarteira. Uber less than 5 euro to marina. Local spar and bigger supermarket within walking distance. .

    Lee is a wonderful host and the setting is exceptional. We would go back in a heartbeat and for a far longer stay. If you have a car you ate close to everything, beach, shops, restaurants, groceries etc. The second bathroom could be a bit bigger, but for just a few people it’s an amazing stay. You won’t regret your time spent here.

    We had a wonderful three week stay. The owner and the management staff were very attentive to all of our needs. The condo itself was as described by the pictures and commentary. The location allowed pleasant walks to the beach (15 minutes) and the marina (25 minutes). The restaurants we experienced exceeded our expectations, especially the French restaurant within the condo grounds. All required amenities were nearby. We would definitely recommend the condo to others.

    Spent a lovely week with friends at Al Garb. There was a welcome pack on arrival with the essentials. We were shown around the apartment and were left were 2 keys which is helpful as we were a group of 4. The pool area is lovely and quiet and the sun deck had amazing views and sunsets. It is a 25 minute walk to the beach, we spent most days at the beach. There are a few eating places in Quarteira however recommend Vilamoura Marina for more choice in restaurants and cocktail bars. Overall we had great memories and experiences of Quarteria and Vilamoura.

    We have been visiting Vilamoura for an annual golf trip for 8+ years now. This was the best apartment we have had by far and will be the first we look at from now on. The apartment is split over 2 levels with a huge balcony and another roof terrace with great views to the Marina and sea. Very spacious rooms. Well equipped kitchen. TV had a good selection of channels and apps. Ping pong table was a great touch also (apologies to the neighbours, it got quite competitive) Really nice that some basic supplies were left in the kitchen including bread,water, milk and tea. Lee the owner is a great guy. Helped us out from start to finish. Provided some excellent recommendations for restaurants. Collecting the key was simple from the local agent (even with a 3 hour flight delay) The location is great. It took us around 25 mins to walk to Vilamoura Marina. The restaurant next to the complex was very good. A perfect stay. Thank you

    The apartment was so spacious with so much room for five adults. The outside space especially the terrace was exceptional and was where we spent the majority of the time. The BBQ and table tennis table were extremely well used. The roof terrace is lovely too but barely went up there. The beds were so comfortable so we all slept well. The only comment we would make is the downstairs shower room was small. We enjoyed making use of the washing machine as we came cabin bags only. We also had a hire car and we were able to park it safely outside. The pool complex was cleaned most mornings and we always got sun beds and most of the time we were there on our own. The location of the apartment is a 25 minute walk to Vilamoura and Quarteria. Lee is excellent at communicating. Would highly recommend.

    We stayed at this Duplex Apartment in August 2024 for 2 weeks. The Apartment was in a really good location, a nice 20 minute walk to the Marina or just 5 minutes in a Taxi, we regularly had a walk down then got a taxi back for ease. Taxi's were readily available, although I mainly used Uber which was ridiculously cheap and never had to wait more then 5 minutes to get a car. Ahead of our holiday, Lee was amazing to deal with, answering any questions we had quickly and very thoroughly, including providing us with some great restaurant recommendations. The check in process with Maria when we arrived was seamless and again Maria was on hand if and when we needed her during our stay. The apartment is well proportioned and is representative of the photographs, we had plenty of space for our party of 5. With Teenage boys, they enjoyed the Table Tennis table and Darts as well as the large communal swimming pool, which we never struggled to find a selection of sunbeds around. The roof terrance is also a lovely space, with amazing panoramic views down to the sea and the Marina and all surrounding areas. The apartment is in a slightly more residential area, but that was no issue as it was very centrally located as we visited other areas such as Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago, which were also very nice. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time here and would certainly recommend if for a great holiday in Vilamoura

    Great apartment to be honest and offered everything we expected and needed to make our family holiday special. We stayed here in late July 2024 and found the apartment easily after driving from Faro airport. There is so much space, it made it easier for my family - 2 y/o, 6 y/o, wife and I - to spread out and enjoy! In the past have found holiday apartments resulting in us being in each others space which over time, is annoying! Parking is easy at the apartment, it’s safe and secure also. Air con, tv, kitchen and all other equipment was easy to use My wife and I loved how once the kids were in bed, we were able to have a quiet drink on the rooftop terrace in peace and watch sunset and the stars come out! Very peaceful. Well situated for access to the marina, beach, shop etc We shopped at the Pingo Doce supermarket (excuse any typos) which was a cracking supermarket less than 5 minutes away by car and less than a mile I think. Easy to park and procure supplies! Loved ice creams down the marina although they are dear….inevitably so but very nice family outing! Went on a boat trip to see dolphins one day, again procured at the marina, and that was fantastic! We saw dozens of wild dolphins and it cost around 100 EUR. Highly recommend but clearly no guarantees in terms of sighting given they are wild Again, apartment was clean, spacious, well presented, just like the advertisement, secure and ticked all of our boxes.
