Stayed Aug 31, 2024This property doesn’t even exist! The listing says 254 N Kenwood St and the last house on the block is 244! Several attempts to contact the host and NO REPLY! Save yourself the headache and find a reputable host!

Stayed Jun 20, 2024I booked this stay because the map shows it's in Glendale. I always use the map to see location since many of my stays have to be in certain areas. Right after I booked I notice buried in the small print that the Glendale location was were you pick up keys and not the location of the actual apartment. The apartment is like an hour away in downtown LA. I immediately (like within 5 mins) reached out to customer service and canceled the booking. NO ONE ever responded. I emailed them multiple times, called and explained in detail each time what happened and no one has responded. No one even reached out the day I was suppose to check in to see why I hadn't picked up keys or sent me the address. Zero communication. I have disputed the charge on my credit card.
