Light, bright 3 bed penthouse overlooking the sea. Luxury, fully furnished living in a beautiful location just 1km from Denia. Recently decorated with white clean accents and modern furniture.

This property is simply as described, exceptionally presented and occupies the top two floors of a block with an enormous split level private decked terrace with integralBBQ. A large modern kitchen with Silestone tops provides cooking for connoisseurs with a 90cm cooker and American style double fridge (with unlimited ice and filtered water).

A washing machine is provided for your convenience. All of the 3 large double bedrooms have A/C. Two separate bathrooms are finished in beautiful travertino marble and have expensive Italian fixtures and fitting. The lounge has a huge sofa and open fire. No fewer than four swimming pools are laid out in the private tropical gardens and a tennis court is available at no charge.

FREE unlimited Wifi and Internet is provided exclusively for the property and guests.

An off street secure parking space is provided for your convenience. This property is across the road from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Denia is desirable, safe, clean and cosmopolitan ancient fishing village remaining typically Spanish and unspoilt.

This is no Marbella! Still, if food, fashion, music and fun are your scene - you will not leave disappointed. Tiled through, the entrance is into an open plan lounge/dining room with two double opening doors to the terraces. A modern estoffa (open fireplace with safety door) has been installed.

The American styled kitchen has a breakfast bar and is finished in light oak and brushed aluminium handles. The worktops are in radical blue Silistone marble with a double Franke sink. Cooking can be controlled by either gas or electric. A full sized American double fridge/freezer offer plenty of space for cold storage and an ice maker for keeping those drinks chilled. A washing machine is also installed for your convenience.

All bedrooms (3) accommodate double beds and 2 bedrooms have built in cupboards. The master bathroom is en-suite (with bath/shower) and finished in travatina clara marble and quality Italian fittings. The guest bathroom has a shower cubicle, vanity unit and toilet.

SERVICES:
New Mitsubishi A/C units are remotely controlled in all rooms. The apartment is fully heated by under floor heating and of course the open fire. A/C is included in the rental rates throughout the year. Heating is charged in the winter months only.

This split level penthouse with magnificent views is different from many others - finished to a unusually very high standard and located just 1.3km from the centre of town and across the road from a 11km sandy beach. It is directly opposite the new Parque de les Bessetes (Park of the Ponds) and adjacent to Calle Rap with its small, picturesque taverns and resultants. Built as a penthouse in a detached building of only 5 apartments, it is enviably private yet enjoys the benefits of a small quiet urbanisation with beautiful gardens a tennis court and 4 separate swimming pools. The entire complex is securely gated, sympathetically lit at night and has private parking.

TERRACES (88sqm + 51sqm):

The huge terraces were designed with entertaining in mind using wood and stone. The floor areas are decked in Brazilian Ipe wood that stays cool to walk on in the summer but warm in texture. Solar lighting is has been installed in the wooden handrails that outline the property.

The bottom terrace occupies 88 sqm has been imaginatively designed for outdoor cooking, eating, lounging, reading and sun bathing. A custom BBQ and food/drink fridge are built into a food preparation area.

The top terrace occupies 51sqm and has a giant 2,2m x 2.2m Bale (Indonesian sun bed) to enjoy 360 degree uninterrupted views of the sea, Denia Castle, Montgo & Ondara mountain.

Rates are easy to understand. We simply have a high season (Summer), low season (Spring) and off season. Public holidays are Easter, Christmas & New Year are seperate rates. Minimum rental is one week excluding July and August which are two weeks. Of course, flexibilty will be shown by the owner whenever possible.

Low Season runs from 1st March to 31st May
High Season runs from 1st June to 30th September
Off Season runs 1st October to 28th February

Public Holidays are Easter, Christmas and New Year

THE VALENCIAN REGION

Denia Town:

Denia is a modern yet classic Spanish fishing village that has grown up into a bustling holiday destination yet has retained a tradition and Spanish way of life.

The center of town is just an hour from Valencia or Alicante airport and enjoys exceptional weather through the year. There are over 24kms of the finest beaches on the Costa Blanca providing swimming, diving, boating and water sports. Beach side restaurants/bars make this a popular and most cosmopolitan resort.

Beach bars (chiringuitos) & restaurants are in abundance offering light tapas or gastronomic Michellin starred delights served with some of the finest wines available in the world.

The daily fish market (excluding Sunday) is where you can watch fish being traded at auction and bought fresh for cooking at the privacy of your own home.

The Maquessa de Campo offers wonderful shopping at both boutiques and market stalls offering gifts or just a small reminder of where you have been.

Immediately opposite your home are various good restaurants and tranquil bars to enjoy yourself without the need to venture far.

Outskirts:

You can venture inland and go trekking or driving around the National Park area admiring the views across the sea. A daily ferry to the Balerics departs from the Port or take the day boat along the coast to Javea, Moraira and Calpe. If you plan you holiday accordingly, you can take part in one of the wonderful fiestas in Denia steeped in history and myths, where the whole town is involved.

On this part of the Costa Blanca there are many championship golf courses all within easy driving distance, including the Seve Ballesteros designed course at Oliva and the outstanding and challenging course at La Sella. Other sports include horse riding, water skiing, walking, tennis, go-karting and volley ball.

The surrounding countryside and towns offer wonderful scenery and restaurants to explore and enjoy.

The Marinas are places to relax at one of the many restaurants or bars and admire the moored boats with back drop to the castle.

    Lovely holiday apartment, on the third floor, generally as described, really high standard. Owner was extremely helpful & responsive but there was some communication issues with the local property contact as she didn’t speak English. We stayed with our two children, 11 & 15… the beach is literally across the road but there is little else there so we ended up walking about 20 up to a beach closer to town so the kids could play on the massive sea inflatable (20 each for an hour). They loved that. The pools at the apartment were nice but there are no loungers to sit or sunbathe on unfortunately unless you carry them down from the apartment which we could have done. There are a few good quality restaurants very close to the apartment, abd Denia town is a good 30 minute walk in our experience, a little too far to do every night but worth it for the restaurants and local nightlife. You won’t be disappointed with this apartment, the outside decking especially was a lovely area.

    Great accommodation in superb surroundings with 4 amazing pools. The apartment had everything you need, fantastic air-conditioning, loads of interior space, even more exterior space with the extra Terrace on top of that.Great bars just outside the complex, an Aldi within a 1 min drive, AC buses every 20mins to Denia Marina (No parking spaces) . The host was fantastic and always reachable, always helpful, kept us informed of local events....we had a truly great time in Denia.

    Superb location with everything you need close by. Beautiful beaches and the town within a 20 minute walk. Apartment and surroundings are absolutely great for a family. Pools cleaned every day and rarely overcrowded. Apartment was clean and well stocked and very spacious. Would recommend.

    Lovely stay. Apartment was great. Had all the things we needed, beds were comfy and the terrace and sun deck were great. Complex and pools were excellent. Super clean and never too busy.Location is great as well a few nice bars and restaurants across the road and the town was about a 20 minute walk and had lots of great places to eat and grab a drink.

    We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Denia. It was large, comfortable and had a great roof terrace. The kids particularly enjoyed the complex’s gardens and swimming pools. It meant that even though the beach was only a short walk away we spent more time round the pool than we expected. The location was also great immediately across from some good local restaurants and a 20-30 min walk into central Denia. Tristan, the host, was very friendly and communicative - he gave some great recommendations on things to do in the area.

    The apartment is beautiful, the grounds and swimming pools are very well maintained, and the location is great! We had 2 fabulous weeks in this apartment and we didn't want to return home. We spent most of our time sat outside on the large terrace or sun bathing on the roof. The sandy beach is a quick stroll across the road, the restaurants surrounding the complex are rated highly on Trip advisor. We hired a car and visited Javea and Moraira, both worth a visit. Denia is a beautiful place, Which is a 5min drive away. It has many shops and restaurants, if you go up near the castle gates, it has narrow cobble streets with typical Spanish tapas bars, fantastic atmosphere. Tristan (the owner) was brilliant with communications from the moment we enquired 6 months ago, through to returning home after our stay. We would highly recommend , and hope to return next year.
