Stayed Jul 24, 2024We had a great stay here. The AC was wonderful during the hot part of the day, and we appreciated how close and easy it was to get on and off the highway. Great neighborhood in a newer part of the city.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024Good location if you're looking to access the south part of Winnipeg. This basement suite was a little chilly, but the heater that the host provided helped a lot. There was some noise from upstairs, but this is to be expected in a family home. A couple of other issues, like an extremly squeaky bed and an inoperable bathroom fan, but despite these few deficiencies, I would recommend this basement suite and would stay here again.
