Luxury oceanside villa with pool [M]

We had such an incredible week at Lux Mare M. I am not sure where to start describing how beautiful the home is - from the amazing view to the gorgeous architecture to the pool, game room cinema and gym. We had a little more off weather than we would have liked, but still found the villa to be so so comfortable to be in with our group of 11. One thing that isn’t super apparent from the photos etc is how close it is to a great boardwalk with beautiful views on which you can walk all the way to Lagos. Additionally, Gabriela was so unbelievably helpful in the months leading up to our stay. Literally every detail was throughout and perfect. She arranged chefs for most of our meals and the chefs were delightful and the food truly delicious. The house was stocked with every item we had asked for. She also arranged several excursions for us and the providers of all of them were just outstanding. The catamaran trip was the experience of a lifetime. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! It is really a tiny item, but it would have been nice to have more towels for both the pool and the bath.

Lux Mare M is amazing and never fails to hit the spot. Instant escapism, proximity to Lagos/sailing/golf whilst being a calm and secluded villa in which to kick back and recharge. Third time staying in Lux Mare M - convinced me that it is time to buy something similar now! The team at Destination Algarve are always super slick Timing of housekeeping & maintenance visits but this is being very picky on my part which shows both how good this place is and how on it Gabriela & team are.

The Casa M was a destination for our family of nine. The staff did a wonderful job of making us feel welcome and the concierge service was outstanding. The accommodation was truly a delight for the whole family and the location could not have been better. Our stay was relaxing, comfortable, and a pleasure for all, we cannot wait to return one day. Cannot think of one improvement. From the staff, to housekeeping, to the beautiful home and grounds of Casa M we had a great experience.

This magnificent family home is incredibly situated overlooking one of the most awe inspiring vistas on earth. Enveloped in bright blue skies which meet the deep blue Atlantic while encircled by the bold canyons and caves that dot the shoreline—Luxmare is situated in one of the most picturesque settings on earth. The villa itself boasted exceptional design, space and finishes. Too many pluses to list. This place is a feast for the senses. Our family of three generations (my children and their babies) all had the best time. It is really a gorgeous spot !! Really wonderful place. The towels should be replaced more often with particular attention paid to beach towels.

Location and standard of the villa are second to none. Services levels exceptional. Peace and yet a stones throw from Lagos make this villa the perfect retreat for both myself and my 11-year old boy. Second time of staying at Casa M and already looking forward to the next trip to escape and switch off - valuable family downtime. -) Nothing!

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks and enjoyed every day. The villa is new with high end furnishings and appliances. It accommodated our 9 guests easily with room to spare. The pool and landscaping are meticulously cared for along with daily housekeeping during the stay. The house is located on a boardwalk which leads to miles of endless trails with breathtaking views of the Algarve. Multiple restaurants nearby and grocery store very close. We highly recommend this property for a vacation rental and hope to return one day!

Villa truly delivered on its high-end claims. Location was amazing, being front line and truly tranquil yet a stones throw from Old town Lagos/Marina. Service levels high. Ticked the priority box of good downtime with my boy. This was the first time using a villa rather than hotel and we were concerned in regard to service levels/lack of hotel amenity but actually, it suited us better. Highly recommend and already want to re-book. Minor issue with maintenance/gardening team deciding to spend 5hrs in the immediate grounds/poolside which could be better planned on a change-over day but besides this, very little to improve!

We liked everything about the house and the location. It was absolutely wonderful.
