The fully tiled wet room incorporates a stepless floor with wall mounted basin atop a modern white unit and wall mounted heater to keep you rosy. 

The areas are ALL private, and all yours! Whether you are chilling in the living area, dozing in the bedroom, whipping up culinary delights in the kitchen or soaking in a luxurious hot shower 

On the rare occasion we needed help, Pam and Sefton responded so quickly, whether by Airbnb message, text or phone. 

An edgy location attracting art and culture devotees. Less than a mile from First Direct Arena and Leeds University in the City Centre for the perfect commute and only minutes drive away from outstanding countryside. Yards away from Riley Dance theatre. 

Prime location for both work and leisure. Less than 150 metres to the nearest bus stop which can deliver you to the city centre in just a few minutes or Harrogate on a super comfortable bus with reduced stops making it comparable to driving yourself. If Uber is more convenient £6 will usually see you safely into the city.

For those who have travelled by car, there is free on street parking directly outside the flat.

Public transport is readily available with bus services passing a mere hundred metres from the door.
