Very nice place. Quiet and somewhat secluded (the adjoining unit wasn't occupied). Enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. Appreciated the champagne, and the cheese & meat board was amazing. We didn't feel like we were close enough to walk to Main Street (lots of traffic and lack of sidewalks) but it was a short drive. Would stay again.

Exceptionally well done property - very luxurious. We were initially surprised by the high deposit, but after seeing the beautiful furnishings we understand why they wan't to be sure nothing walked off. Lovely courtyard in back with nice water feature, fireplace and hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The host was welcoming and it was in a perfect location and within walking distance to Main st. The room was nice and clean, great for a couple to stay.

Our host met us at the property, explained where things were, even provided small bites and champagne. Super great location to downtown where we enjoyed the Christmas activities.

Great location within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and museums. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Charcuterie, sparkling wine, and fresh juice were thoughtful touches.

Stayed two nights for a craft beer festival that took place at the city park which was located one block from our cottage, the location made it a breeze to walk to all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful private patio. Highly recommend this property.

Great weekend

The property was immaculate, cozy and inviting. Our host was welcoming and went over and above to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The property is conveniently located off Main St, which was a huge plus for us. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Great place to relax. Nice and quiet but also close to Main Street.

Way better than a hotel. Just right for a weekend get away for my wife and I to share. Really close to main street attractions so it was easy to get around as well.

We stayed Dec 28-30 and had a great time! Check-in was straightforward and welcome gift of champagne/orange juice and charcuterie board was appreciated! Location was perfect for just parking our car in the private lot and walking over to Main Street to explore the town.

We had an amazing stay in Fredericksburg! The location is fantastic, with everything within walking distance. It made exploring the area so convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a central spot!

Clean and roomy. However, amenities lacking. No dish soap to clean dishes, no hooks in bathroom to hang towels or clothes, small TV screen that could not be moved or angled different direction, no instruction how to obtain movies on TV, bed mattress and pillows too soft and sinks. Furniture was more for looks than comfort. Hot tub was not private since curtains do not cover it and a street light in the parking area glares at you outside and unable to turn off.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute suite off Main Street! The check in process was so easy and she made our stay very special.
