Stayed Jun 6, 2025While the property was almost all that was promised the main b/room had only a double bed not a queen, a bit disappointing. Fabulous to have enough dishwashing tablets and toilet paper that was a winner. Sadly check in was extremely frustrating the link sent to pick up the keys did not work, messages took too long to reply to and therefore it took over 40 minutes for us to find them, after travelling with 2 kids it was so annoying. Stayed Feb 12, 2025Very clean and good location for all we wanted to do. The problem was getting the keys and then getting to the apartment which is not where the keys are located. Having flown from Sydney and getting a taxi the keys were not available even though the apartment was ready, it was awkward with communication etc. but worked out in the end.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024Apartment was mostly as described but could not be categorised as luxury due to the shabby interior - stained carpets and curtains ,damage to the entry door and scuffs on the walls. The apartment was clean and the bed linen was hotel quality which was great. Location is superb with trams and Melbourne Central handy
