Nashville is growing quickly! There may be some construction around the area. We are located near an active train. We provide sound machines in the unit.

    Host was great ! Amazing concierge named Laurence so friendly she helped us every morning. This place is beautiful. We felt safe and comfortable staying there. They have security guard on sight over night with multiple step keep pad entry so not just anyone can get in. Garage very safe and locked up. The views were great. We will for sure book again on our next trip. No issues here.

    The host was fine but the description of the surrounding property should be accurately reported in the writeup. The area is not conducive to a family or a place people want to walk around in Nashville at.

    The condo is lovely and comfortable, and the building has good security. The host was very attentive and responsive (and provided K cup coffee pods, a nice little bonus). Walkability to the surrounding neighborhoods, like The Gulch, was a bit trickier than we’d expected due to lots of construction in the area and the railroad tracks which run right behind the building.

    The condo was very roomy for our cousin crew of 5. We ranged from age 60-73. We made the walk to and from Broadway with no problem, despite thinking we would use uber for the trip back.

    Great space, very nice unit. Easy check in and out, great communication and follow up to make sure everything was good. Location is great, walking distance but neighborhood seems a little sketchy at night. Would definitely stay there again .

    We stayed a long weekend for a girls trip and had a blast! The condo was perfect! We loved hanging out by the pool during the day! We all agreed that we would come back to this exact spot and stay again! I saw reviews about homeless shelters nearby and it being sketchy to walk. We did not encounter anything but “good mornings and hello’s!” The train was awesome but got a little noisy at times when trying to talk or listen to music by the pool, but it did not affect our stay at all! Amazing communication with the owner. Can’t wait to come back!!

    Perfect location. Walking distance to both the gulch and downtown! There is a homeless shelter a block away, but we just utilized Ubers if arriving back in the evening to avoid any safety issues. The homeless folks in the area did not cause any issues during the day while we walked past.The condo was so cute, and so perfect for our first stay in Nashville. Ton of room for our four adults. Would definitely stay here again on any future stay. Really liked that it was not downtown, but just on the outskirts. Train tracks with trains all day and night, but both rooms had a perfect sound machine. Beds were comfortable, and we slept well regardless of the trains. Wrap around porch as well as another outside of one of the two bedrooms. We never used the pool, but did go take a look at that area. Great option, and cute pool/seating areas.

    This exclusive condo is just a few city blocks to downtown Broadway. The amenities were endless, the climate control was perfect, extremely clean. Access to the pool and this unit is supplied with a washer and dryer so no need to take a trunk load of dirty clothes home. Secure/gated parking garage with code access only. A wrap around furnished patio with a beautiful view. 10/10 for me:)

    The condo was spacious with a large deck and in a secure building. Wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities. I was a little worried about the train noise, but it honestly wasn’t bad at all. Bonus: there’s a nice bar with a great rooftop patio right across the street!

    We stayed for just one night as we flew into BNA before heading to our cabin in East TN…..the condo was perfect! Comfy beds, great location, super clean and Jen’s communication was superb. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

    We loved our stay at this property. The host was very responsive before and during our visit. The building is very safe and secure and easy walking distance from Broadway and much more. My only regret is not having more time to just enjoy the condo as we were out a lot!! Know that you will hear the trains at night but the sound machines help a lot. The king bed is a lot firmer than I would personally prefer but that was ok for us for just a couple of nights.

    Two of us stayed here for a friends trip for two nights. The apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos and in a new building. It’s also right next door to Jack White’s record store. Beds were super comfortable and everything is clean and new.
