Luxury holiday apartment with 5 star lake view and exclusive amenities

It was beautiful. The view exceeded expectations. Convenience to ferry was great. Moonrise spectacular. Museums, cycling took up our week.

We had a very nice week in this apartment. Very comfortable and convenient for our German course at Humboldt Institute.

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this top floor Flat with spectacular views of the Lake and the surrounding mountains. We were a group of five adults on a Bicycling Holiday to explore as much of the Bodensee area that we could fit into six days. (Thank goodness for the Washer & Dryer!) The Apartment had comfortable bedrooms for personal space, yet had welcoming living areas for everyone to gather to eat, play games or watch T.V. But, the most popular gathering space was the large balcony where we could drink in the views while watching the setting sun. We found the Apartment to be very clean and furnished to a high standard. It is conveniently located close to the Bodenseeradweg (Lake Constance Cycle Path), which took us to almost all the lakeside towns. The Meersburg Car Ferry was also very convenient for taking us to the other side of the lake for dinner or returning us from a day out. When we wanted to go into the old part of Constance, it was a short trip by Bus, Car or Bike. The Owners were very hospitable and their team provided an attentive and great service. The description of the Apartment is very accurate and comes with several nice touches like Sekt, tea, and coffee. It also has dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. There are plenty of towels including Beach Towels. So, no need to over pack! Overall, this was a fabulous home away from home that we would definitely rent again and recommend to friends!

This rewiew is based on two opinions: Family house ; for a family looking forward to discover Konstanz and surroundings, it will be enjoyable to stay here. It is a very practical and functional place to stay. The modern kitchen makes it very easy to prepare wonderful dishes. All the amenities as indicated on the website are there and is working 100%. Easily a house that you can rent for 5-7 days. Wheelchair accessible : Unfortunatly not, the option must be removed from the menu. Although there are no steps into the apartment there are a sliding door step approximity 15 cm going to the patio. The doorways are wide enough, the rooms are spacious. The whole apartment is spacious. Even the main bedroom bed can elevate!! My fiancé loved this because that stop me snoring. The bathrooms are not accessible, not even for a paraplegic.Unfortunately my recommendation for this appartment is wheelchair inaccessible.

We had a lovely two weeks in beautiful weather at the beginning of July 2013 in this very comfortable, spacious and stylish apartment. The apartment is at the top of a quiet building and is very well equiped and maintained. It has two balconies giving excellent views of the lake (the bedroom balcony is quieter than the main balcony as it is removed from the Meersburg ferry road which can be a bit noisy when a ferry arrives). Both the Owner and the Manager were very welcoming and helpful. From this great base we very much enjoyed visiting Stein am Rhein, St. Gallen, Reichenau, Überlingen, the lovely countryside between the lakes north of Konstanz and Konstanz itself. We would certainly be happy to return.
