Things to Know
This building requires in-person check-in. Guests must coordinate a meeting time with the host before arrival.
The balconies are closed for construction, no access during any stays.
The pool and pool deck continue to be closed Monday through Friday due to construction work taking place as part of Phase 2.
The pool and pool deck will remain open Saturday and Sunday from 7:00AM to 6:00PM.
Please note that the spa, gym, etc will NOT be impacted during this time.
We also understand balconies will not be available for use and there may be some noise from the construction between the hours of 8:00am-5:30pm Mon-Fri.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    The Icon is a wonderful building with a huge pool and great amenities. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome but overall the stay was great.

    This condo was mostly everything I hope for view was excellent very comfortable condo hated I had to pay so much out in parking But that had nothing to do with this wonderful property!! I’ll still book again no matter the crazy parking they charge

    Went above our expectations! Large apartment and was very clean upon arrival. They even provide all utensils, plates, glasses and everything needed for cooking. View was amazing, the balcony was one of our trip highlights. I recommend this to anyone visiting Miami!

    We loved the view and the cleanliness of the unit. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with all the necessities. It was with in walking distance to 3 nice restaurants. The check in procedure was less than satisfactory. It has detoured us from visiting this property again and has made us very leary of renting a property managed by Vacasa.

    This property is poorly managed. The check-in process to the Icon itself is simple enough. You have to have a sponsor (property manager) meet you at the front desk to check you in and give you the key and fab for the elevator. However, if you don’t know the process then communication with the property manager of your unit is critical. Our sponsor was sporadic with communication, showed up ten minutes late without notice, waited for us to get checked in, gave us the key, and then immediately left without saying anything else. We had to ask someone where the elevators were and confirm we had what we needed to get in the room (because the check-in instructions on their website is different than what they actually were). The room is basic. Lightbulbs were missing from lamps, the hairdryer was broken, the TV in the bedroom was missing from the wall. Expect bare minimum. The only real positive is the view, but there are plenty of other units at the Icon with similar or better views run by better property managers.
