Our favorite place thank you for another great month! Everything stands out in this spacious condo- cleanliness, updated furnishings, and the most comfortable mattress.

Our stay was just magical! Everything about the home is perfect. It is so cozy and warm, the sunlight coming in the back bay window in the afternoon is beautiful, fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need and the location is just the best. You can be in the north end, the south end, back Bay, and all of the sports arenas within minutes of walking. It’s truly a special place that we will look forward to visiting again. Thank you so much to Erin and Sean for their hospitality, their consistent communication, and their thoughtfulness throughout our stay. They were so friendly and wonderful hosts.

We immediately felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. The condo decor is gorgeous. It’s very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of seating with stools along the large, classic soapstone peninsula counter, a long table and a desk if you need to work remotely. The kitchen opens up into the family room with a couch, loveseat and 2 swivel reclining chairs. There is also a cozy window seat that overlooks the patio. The patio looks like a European garden with urns filled with flowers, statues and a brand new grill. There’s so much storage space along the hallway, in the laundry room and bedroom. There’s custom built ins throughout the condo including the bedroom and master bath. The closet is good sized with hangers provided. The owners have thought of everything that you need for a perfect stay. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our month. I wish we could’ve stayed longer and looking forward to our next stay! Thank you for everything Moira, Sean and Erin!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay…the location can’t be beat…a block off of Beacon Hill’s famous Charles Street for great shopping and dining…just a few blocks to the Public Garden…spacious condo with all the essentials that we needed…plenty of seating with a big TV, and great storage units in the bedroom…hosts were very accommodating and quick with communication…would definitely stay here again!

A number of niggles could have ruined our long stay in Boston, but the location, the host and his family and overall convenience of the flat made for a memorable stay.

My husband and I spent 7 weeks in this lovely apartment. The location and neighbor were terrific. The apartment was clean, cozy and as described in listing. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was in the front of the apartment and very quiet. Kitchen was really well equipped. I highly recommend Sean & Anne’s place!

What an amazing flat on Beacon Hill. We stayed here for almost two full months and truly loved every minute of it. Sean communicated excellent from the beginning booking and throughout our stay. We were able to arrange to see the apartment prior to committing to the two months which helped a lot. This place has everything you need. Outdoor garden which was lovely in the back. Washer and dryer in unit in a separate area which was wonderful. Gas stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal which are things not normally found in Boston. Our pup came and we were able to fit her crate nicely in the large living space. There is a king super comfortable bed with a private full bathroom with a tub. The half bath was a very nice bonus - again not found that often in Boston. This place has storage galore. We didn’t even use half of it. There were a few times (because seasons changed and things needed to be turned off) we had to have people come in. Joe, the rental manager was communicative as well. We are so close to Boston Common and the amazing shops and restaurants on Charles street. We loved it so much we are coming back for two more months. I hate to leave this amazing review because I’d love to keep this gem hidden for our use when we can. But that wouldn’t be fair as it’s a great place to be shared. Loved it like our own! Highly recommend!

I'm impressed how much comfort is packed into this unit. There are literally four places I dosed off on. And that is not including the king-sized bed, which of course, is itself, is very comfortable. The location is fabulous for walking. My first landmark to get back home, three blocks away from the unit is the original Cheers bar, which is across the street from the Boston Public Garden, which is next to the historic Boston Commons. A bonus was the communication with the manager/owner who helped with parking ideas, dining and many other nuances of the neighborhood and city at large. If I ever come back to Boston, this is the first place I’ll look to see if it’s available. Mike P.

We spent 5 weeks in this VRBO/Homeaway property and it served us well. It is a basement/ground floor apt in a brownstone. Don't let the word basement put you off. It does not feel like a basement apartment at all. As you enter, you look straight through to the charming courtyard garden. The apartment is very well appointed and with a thoughtful use of space and color giving a feeling of a Parisian flat. It is also very well equipped and had everything we needed. The location in the flat of Beacon hill is superb. Brimmer street is a lovely tree lined street of brownstones. A corner church sits across the street from the apartment. A school is just a few doors away. Just around the corner you will find all the food and coffee you will need on Charles Street. We walked every where and used the T (subway). Boston Public Garden is just a few minutes walk away. Can't recommend this place enough for a stay in Boston. One thing to be aware of is that the shower-tub combination requires some agility to maneuver into as it has a high wide ledge lining the tub that you must step over. There are grab bars for this purpose.
