Owner is very friendly, good communication. Perfect location to the beach and surf club. Unit was very clean and neat. Good facilities within. Great to have two bedrooms and bathrooms.

Spent the weekend here for the GC50 event. The apartment is lovely! Well located, well presented and well equipped. Steve is a great host - thank you! Would highly recommend.

Everything you need in the apartment EXCEPT Need a lamp in the second bedroom as the light switch is outside the door. A bit tricky especially if you are old !!!

This was an awesome find. The apartment was modern, clean, well presented and has a lovely courtyard which was private and enables the lounge area to flow out easily to the courtyard. Great for families especially if you don’t mind missing a beach view. Mind you, the beach is just 100 metres away. Beds were comfortable too. Great kitchen facilities. Felt like home. Steve was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Will be back again. Velia

Outstanding accommodation and location for a summer recharge. The room and facilities were everything we needed for 4 adults and 5 yo grand-daughter. Less than 10min walk to North Kirra beach - waves, sand, playground and ice cream every day. Had great steak at Kirra SLSC 15min walk away and wonderful cocktail and desert downstairs at Siblings bar. Our host Steve met us at the beginning for a comprehensive run through of the unit which was tastefully furnushed and well stocked with all the basics (cleaners etc) which was most welcome. Check in/out was super easy and made for a wonderful stay. Thankyou Steve

Lovely location, beautiful apartment with full kitchen and large family size fridge, very comfortable beds and a large screen TV, lots of extra’s for kids like games and books, just across the road from beautiful Kirra beach and easy walking distance to many coffee shops and clubs. I had a wonderful time looking forward to my next stay, and a big thank you to Steve a wonderful host.

Apartment was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Steve was very responsive to any enquiries we had leading up to our stay. The kids really enjoyed the pool.

Great location directly across from the beach and close to shops, nice clean place with everything you need. A few issues with the washing machine, slow wifi but no issue for us as we were out and about enjoying all the area had to offer. Kids loved the pool, would be great in warmer weather.

Spotless unit, great location convenient to beach and Kirra restaurants. Steve was a great host and available to meet us for check-in. Unit had everything needed including beach towels and chairs.
