Luxury Apartment with amazing views!

Enjoyed the proximity to the beach.

Ideal location for a true beachside experience. Views from the unit make you feel connected to the beach at all times. Enough local cafes and shops within walking distance.

The apartment has unbeatable views, is comfortable and has a great feel to it. Everything you could want for a great stay.

The property manager was excellent really helpful and sorted a couple of issues with the property really quickly. The view if the beach was fantastic! Just sit back in the lounge or on the balcony and enjoy. Walk to everything you need and want.

The apartment is spacious and safe. I was well welcomed and the scene is just fantastic. One minor issue the balcony glasses need a bit of cleaning for better view.

Fantastic property on 5th floor with large balcony overlooking Kirra Beach. Watching the sunset, skydivers, whales and Osprey from the comfort of the balcony chairs was a treat. Well laid out floor plan and beach access is 5 minute walk to the surf out the front. Great cafe below the apartment.

2nd year staying here now. The views of the ocean are amazing Absolute perfect location to walk everywhere. Also very roomy apartment with everything you could need.

We stayed at Julie’s place for 3 nights. The apartment is very nicely furnished and much bigger than the photos suggest. The view was incredible. Beds and couch were very comfortable. And the proximity to the beach is fantastic. Whilst the sleeping area next to the living room was much more private than expected, because it isn’t fully walled off, light from the lift and exit signs shines in overnight which isn’t ideal for those who need total darkness to sleep. We would definitely stay again.

The location of the apartment and views are outstanding. Good undercover and secure parking with a lift that opens and gives direct access into the apartment. Lovely coffee shop/ cafe directly below and other nearby cafes and great bakery. There is easy access to the not overcrowded beach which stretches for many kilometers. This apartment is excellent for families who want an apartment with great views and immediate/easy access to the beach. Another plus is that it is in easy and pleasant walking access to the main Coolangatta shopping precinct and surf clubs.

Really nice beachfront spot

Had a perfect stay. Unit was absolutely perfect and huge. The view is spectacular and i wish i could wake up to it everday. Everything in walking distance and parking was secure. Awesome place highly recommend. We are trying to rebook again immediately.
