Luxury apartment stunning views /5 minutes from Saint Jean Beach/ swimming pool

This immaculate apartment is a marvel of design, function, and good taste. There is but one caveat - from the reserved parking spot, one must climb 60 stone steps to reach the front door. My husband and I are 81 years old and by the 3rd day we had mastered the climb, but it is worth noting. Once inside, the views of the bay are glorious. The apartment has two levels — be careful going up and down. The bedroom and full bath are upstairs — the bed is very comfortable and the open bathroom with its modern shower and double sinks comes with thick towels. Downstairs, there is a half bath and a washer and dryer. the kitchen is furnished with nice dishes and silverware and plentiful pots & pans. We especially appreciated the full jar of Nescafe and the bouilloire. The living area has a great view and is comfortable with a tv mounted across from the sofa. Wifi is excellent. The owner was available via WhatsApp and reached out several times to make sure all was ok. This is a wonderful unit — one we would definitely book again.

The room was clean, the views spectacular!

The location was great but it's at the top of the hill (great views) and then several steps up which are rocky and breaking in areas with no railing. Pretty dangerous especially when carrying suitcases or anything. The entire complex ran out of water because the owner does not have a cistern. We had to leave early and she has not reimbursed us for our last night, as she said she would. We could not flush toilets, wash our hands, shower, etc. Very frustrated with the owner. It's been over 2 months and still no reimbursement. It's important to note the bathroom is open to the bedroom so there is absolutely bo privacy when using the toilet. No door whatsoever. Also, the pictures make it look like there is a balcony but there is not. I would not stay here again.

We had an amazing time staying at this appointments. It has everything what you need. Also it has an absolute gorgeous view on the island from the main floor and stunning long window. From a bedroom . It was super clean, convenient and stylish . We would love to come back again and stay there. Definitely one of the gems

We loved our stay here. The apartment was beautifully appointed and the location was perfect. Steps to Nikki beach, shopping and restaurants. The only negative is the steps to get to and from the apartment were significant and very steep. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend if you’re interested in staying in a more lively area of the island.

Loved the property and property manager! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful! Was very clean and nice. Loved the experience. I will add there are a lot of steps so could see that being challenging to some.

The apartment was perfect for our short trip to St. Barths. Thankfully my wife and I are in good shape because those views come with a cost: lots of stairs!! We loved our stay... the only thing that would have been nice would be pool furniture... we made the best without it though. Great apartment and would recommend it for sure!!

Very clean, tasteful and modern unit within apartment community with big shared pool. Terrific location, St Jean beach + many restaurants and shops are easily walkable. Stunning views of St Jean Bay from living room and bedroom. Only two footnotes: mini kitchen has no oven, and there is 50-60 stair climb to reach unit from parking area so may not be suitable for folks not in good health.
