It is presented in a modern style and has very high-standard, quality furnishings and fittings throughout. Included in the rental is a high-speed fibre optic internet connection and an international television package with plenty of channels including Sky, series and films for free. The kitchen is brand new and very well equipped with all one could want. The entire property is fully air-conditioned. The bedroom offers a super king size bed bed with plenty of wardrobe space. The spacious lounge has direct access onto the terrace/patio which is covered to provide plenty of shade from the summer sun. On the terrace there is a table with four chairs for alfresco dining beside the sea. There is secure communal parking and a lovely beachfront swimming pool in the urbanisation.
