Luxury 3 Bedroomed Apartment- Stunning Views, Direct Marina Access & Shared Pool

We stayed here for 7 fabulously relaxing days, excellent location and amenities. We enjoyed all the facilities especially the pool and terraces and would absolutely stay again

The apartment is in an ideal postion the views are beautiful and direct entrance onto the marina. However it is listed as a luxury apartment and it is far from that. The photo's of the apartment are old. It is very tired and drab so much so the bedroom and wardrobe doors are now yellow instead of white. Everything is dated apart from the kitchen. The sofa is now a black one and has many stains. The outside furniture was dirty and not plump like photos so even if clean uncomfortable. The apartment was not very clean and although they came and cleaned its the furniture, walls, doors etc that are dirty. The bedroom on the first floor smelled of urine. The patio areas were also very dirty. We did speak with the manager but as we said its beyond cleaning as so in need of maintenance she agreed. We did ask her to clea downstairs shower as tray was black and I'm not exaggerating she also wiped over doors but really did not look any different as so yellow. The shower came up clean thou. To say we were diasppointed is a huge understatement especially as its not cheap to stay and we went to celebrate 2 birthdays. If it was completely renovated it would be absolutely stunning.

The perfect base for a stay in Vilamoura. Apartment is beautiful, well appointed and in the perfect position to enjoy the beach, boat trips restaurants and nightlife. The pool in the complex is lovely with lots of sunbeds and communication from Annie and Lynda is first class. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Lovely apartment, in a perfect location. The views over the Marina were stunning. Host and Manager were both so accommodating. We were allowed early access on arrival day, and a late check-out on our departure day, which we really appreciated. Manager was also very prompt in advising us of a local doctor, when we had a medical issue. Communication was great before our arrival and throughout our stay. We loved the pool area, and spent some time there most days.

THE APARTMENT IS IN A PRIME POSITION WITHNIMMEDIATE ACCES TO THE MARINA AND THE BARS, RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS.IT IS IN A QUIETE AREA.IDEAL FOR A FAMILY HOLIDAY.

From weeks before the stay to the very end the communication from our host Annie was 100% always checking we were ok. The apartment itself was perfect especially the location on the marina

Had an amazing holiday in this apartment. The layout suited us perfectly as our teens had the downstairs space to themselves. Pool was love to relax by in the afternoon. Would never tire of the view from the upstairs terrace, watched the boats come and go for hours. The location is very central for bars and red but tucked round the corner so no noise issues at all. Can’t wait to return!

Had a great holiday in the apatment once again.Love being right on the marina watching the boats come and go.The apartment suits us down to the ground. Thanks to Annie,the host once again.

Stayed 5 days in October with 3 couples comfortably in this condo. A few steps from marina boardwalk and a variety restaurants & stores to shop…some very walkable small groceries also available. Perfect location for sleeping also..condo was around the corner from main thoroughfare, so very quiet. The owner was extremely quick to respond with any questions asked. Would recommend!

We had a 6night stay at this property, it is a perfect location for a stay in Vilamoura. Waking up to the view of the marina every morning watching the boats coming and going was amazing. The restaurants and bars were close by, prices vary and sometimes the service was slow but overall a great place to go. The swimming pool was very clean and not too busy. Amentities close by and accessible, would definitely recommend this apartment and location.

Just home from a fantastic few days in this apartment great location only a short drive from the airport very close to loads of beautiful reasturants and bars and a stunning view of the marina. There is everything you will need. Great communication with Annie from start to finish we will definitely be back

Excellent location but property could use a little TLC

Beautiful property in the perfect position to enjoy everything Vilamoura has to offer. Annie is always helpful, friendly and provides a quick response to any question. Walking distance to the beach, all the bars and restaurants, family golf and the boat tours plus a lovely shared pool. Really the perfect base for any holid.

Short stay right on the marina great location in a tired looking complex in the heart of villamoura.airport pick up has trouble locating the villamarina but once there its easy to locate apartment from the outside as for the apartment everything was good and the host kept in touch so 5 stars for her

Absolutely amazing villa. It is the perfect place to stay to visit Vilamoura Marina and all its bars and restaurants. You are in the thick of it but far enough out you don't hear anything. The villa has everything you need for a holiday. Communication was second to none. 100% will be going again.

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Apartment was spacious and well equipped communication with owner and Lynda the housekeeper was great nothing was a problem.(not that we had any) would highly recommend this property.?
