With three bedrooms and a stunning view of the lagoon, it is the perfect retreat to relax and recharge. The living room is a cozy space to gather, and the equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy. Enjoy relaxing moments on the balcony, where the view of the lagoon is simply spectacular.

* Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will have a cost of $5 pesos per extra kw. With normal and responsible use they should not exceed it (You can turn on the air conditioners when you are at home, if you go out turn them off and do not use them with doors and windows open)



Other Things to Note:

Your stay includes a cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to arrange it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.



We remind you that it is not allowed to leave garbage outside the main doors. Otherwise, a fine of $500 pesos will be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the place in order.



We ask you to please not park in front of the property, because it is property of the marina. The fine is $200 USD.
