Stayed Nov 24, 2025If there were a Vacation Rental By Corporation (VRBC) this property would more properly be advertised and rented out through them. If, like me, you want a personal interaction with the person or couple that own the property - this is not it. They have applications for the rental, they require copies of the front and back of your DL and credit card. They require the address of record for the CC match the address on the DL: I had recently moved so I had to get a new DL before I could rent from them! When I got through the byzantine Latch app they use to unlock the parking garage gate, unlock the elevator (different code for every floor), and unlock the door of the apartment what did I find? I found three pages of what I can't/shouldn't do unless I wanted to be charged extra for non-compliance. There was not one page of recommendations for local activities or restaurants - something I regularly find at other VRBO properties. If you don't mind a corporate experience choose a hotel with free breakfast over this place.

Stayed Nov 21, 2025Do not rent from this property management company. They are terrible to deal with and contacted us nearly every day leading up to the stay and while we were there. I had to upload ID and credit card information to their portal 3 different times. They did not send access to the smart lock before I was supposed to check in so I was stuck waiting. Then, a couple days after check in, someone showed up unannounced wanting to do a move out review (even though we were staying another 5 days). The apartment itself was fine but had some issues. Beds are very old and uncomfortable. AC does not work below 70 degrees. Kitchen is not well equipped with cookware.

Stayed Nov 22, 2021Apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious. Master bath shower terrific. Heating system terrific. Appliances all work well. Reasonable cost. Good gym. Pool would be great amenity when heaters not out of order. Would stay again. But…. Leasing office Breanne and team essential to solving long list of uncertainties, lack of response to questions, indifferent customer service or worse, multiple contact points and phone numbers none of which helped, last minute surprise need to download app to access building and unit. All of which can be cured with minimal attention to customer experience through customer eyes. And maybe more than 2 handicap parking spaces among 200 spaces.

Stayed Nov 11, 2021This property relies on Internet access and Bluetooth to access the garage your apartment and the doors. It was ridiculously hard to use and failed twice. We were locked out of our unit for an hour and an hour and a half.

Stayed Oct 2, 2021The apartment was very nicely furnished and appointed with new furniture, appliances, etc. The couch has a pull-out bed. Opening various doors and gates was confusing at first...the plain white fob opens the apartment door and an app on your phone opens other gates and doors on the property. Beautiful grounds for this complex. We enjoyed the hot tub and doing laps in the swimming pool. The rooftop patio is nice but is in a different building and difficult to find. Accessibility for our handicapped son was good, including elevators and a special wheelchair elevator. We were very pleased with the rental and would stay here again.

Stayed Dec 2, 2020The listing was as described. I was in the area for a procedure at El Camino Hospital. It is a quick, easy drive to the hospital. We appreciated that there was a Whole Foods and the Stanford Shopping Center also nearby. The property is very secure and the whole area was safe. A couple of negatives- there was a little street noise and the kitchen is not adequately stocked to do much cooking.

Stayed Jul 27, 2020The property was very nice and spacious. Amenities were nice. Location to restaurants and groceries is very good towards Los Altos. Close to In and Out Burger in Mt. View which was a treat. Property management is on the East Coast so some time difference for resolving issues, but they were responsive.
