Stayed Dec 11, 2025We stayed at this apartment for three nights. The apartment itself was nice. There were a couple of snafus like half the closet doors fell off when we used them, but not a huge deal. The owner offered to fix them during our stay and did not fix them, but it did not matter to us. There was a very dirty duvet in the closet, but also there was other bedding to use. The problem with this apartment currently is the surrounding area. The building is across the road from a major construction site. This project has been going on for awhile, per the Hoboken Police and neighboring businesses. Hoboken has restrictions on construction work: it must stop by a certain time at night, no work on weekends, etc. However, this project has permission from the City to work at all hours, on all days. Therefore, we had to listen to insanely loud construction noise right outside the windows all through the night on Thurs, and whenever we were at the apartment during the daytimes. Thankfully, no construction overnight Friday and Saturday. And when I say insanely loud, it is not an exaggeration. Jackhammering, sawing through girders, clanging, whistles, beeps. I have videos of the commotion which I sent to the owner. He was defensive at first, but offered to refund unused nights if we found another place...but that was impossible. This apt is not livable until the construction is over. I suggest that you call the City and ask when it is expected to be completed before you book this property.

Stayed May 24, 2025Perfect location (the view was a wonderful surprise). We loved Hoboken and getting to Manhattan by Path or ferry was so easy, and cheap! The apartment was fantastic and the host couldn't have been more helpful. 5 stars just aren't enough

Stayed Jan 2, 2025We are a family of five (42,wife,11,8, and 6) first time as a fam in NYC. Perfect location. 10 min ride to NYC and Hoboken is so great! Gave us a min to breathe. The location, and view are great, but the best part is the actual apartment and host. Constant contact if needed and simple and easy to understand instructions (First time NYCers need to keep all brainpower they can LOL)Seriously, Chris was awesome and this place is amazing. Fraction of cost of what you will get and a 3 min walk to the P train to NYC. We will be back! Thanks so much Chris!!!

Stayed Dec 16, 2024The location was just about perfect….just a 10 minute walk to the ferry, PATH and buses. We routinely walked the two blocks to the market and the commercial area filled with dozens of restaurants. The neighborhood was friendly and clean

Stayed Oct 22, 2024Excellent accommodation, pictures are accurate. Literally 5 minutes walk to path train. Really easy to get to world trade centre or 33 street. Amazing views of manhattan from every window. Plenty of storage, highly recommended and would definitely be back. Thanks again
