Other Things to Note:

-This is a private unit located within the former Sonesta Hotel, now Hotel Arya, however there is no daily housekeeping included and no onsite cleaning crew. If you would like daily housekeeping our cleaning crew can provide this service to you for an additional cost, and must be scheduled the day before you would like servicing. The front desk cannot provide extra towels or sheets, please do not ask them.

**For stays between 10-14 days we will require a maintenance cleaning during your stay.

**For stays between 14-28 days we will require two maintenance cleanings during your stay.

If you book stays longer than 10 days, we will send you a payment request for the service and coordinate the date and time for the cleaning.

-The unit is located within a condo-hotel which means there are permanent residents living in the building and therefore we cannot be responsible for construction noise due to a resident working inside their unit. The building follows city code and any construction work will be done during the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday (no Major Holidays) and no noisy work is done on weekends. Any noise after this time can be reported to property manager or hotel staff.

-This building is a Condo/Hotel all units are individually owned and operated and/or lived in. We are not responsible for any noise (including construction) that is taking place outside of our unit or in the surrounding area which is beyond our control. If noise such as music, yelling, etc is coming from a nearby unit, and it is quiet hours (10pm-7am), you can call the front desk to report the noise and they will send security up

-Owner or its agents may enter the property at reasonable times to make repairs that are in need of immediate attention. (Advance Notice will be given)

-Because the unit is located in a building, there may be times where the building will need to do maintenance or repairs on certain things unexpectedly in order to keep things running smoothly. This may include but not limited to monthly pest control, A/C Filter Change, Window Cleanings, Fire Alarm Testings and City Inspections as required by the County. We will do our best to give advance notice, but is not always possible depending on the urgency or the information relayed to us. We kindly ask for patience and cooperation and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

-Guests shall NOT bring any pets onto the property.

-Guest will not smoke indoors or outdoors. Building has designated smoking areas, please contact the front desk for locations of those areas.

-We cannot allow parties or events of any kind at any time on the premises. This includes loud music and excess noise after 10 pm.

    We were in Miami for our daughter's law school graduation and our family of 5 adults and a baby stayed in the property. It was spectacular! Gorgeous place, very comfortable, amazing views, fully equipped with everything we needed. Check in and check out was smooth, no problems or delays at all. We had a parking space in the hotel garage. And the location in Coconut Grove couldn't have been better. Everywhere we ate was within walking distance to the property. Everyone in our family loved it! We will definitely book this property again when our family visits Miami next time. Thank you Lorelei for the amazing experience and your very prompt and thorough communication.

    I recently had the pleasure of staying in a top-floor, two-story unit in Coconut Grove, Miami, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The unit boasted fabulous panoramic views that were a delight to wake up to each morning. It was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. However, it's worth noting that the elevator was extremely slow, often causing us to walk down several floors at times or use the service elevator instead. Despite this, the location is perfect for exploring the vibrant surroundings of Coconut Grove, and the high level of privacy and luxury in the unit made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch accommodation in Miami. A true five-star experience, even with the minor inconvenience! ---
