Luxury 2 bedroom house - fully renovated - full feature

The basement was very spacious and clean.

Either we didn't know how to work it or there was no hot water for the shower. Otherwise, for a refinished basement the place was pretty alright. Especially for the price.

This property was in a nice location. Very quiet area, close to several restaurants and stores. We stayed for 7days and had no issues with the property or the owners. We Would definitely stay again.

My daughter and I stayed here while she was attending a ballet intensive for the summer. It was exactly the space we needed, a two bedroom basement apartment. Listing said use of outdoor space but that wasn't available during our stay. Nice clean and spacious space in a quiet neighborhood.

A lovely property, som what secluded from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Very clean, comfortable, and safe-feeling. Host communicates in a very timely manner. Full kitchen and dishware- great beds and living spaces. So helpful to have a washer, dryer, and detergent available! Definitely would stay again. Three minute drive to train/bus terminal to Toronto. Lots of shopping in the area.

Possibly the advertisement didnot match the real place. Cheap looking. Couldnot keep the temperature up. No compost bin. Very small trash cans. Will not recommend to others. Host was good in communication. But place is not to my liking.

Landlord was friendly and welcoming. The house was very clean and comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Check-in and checkout was efficient and easy. It was a very nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shopping near. If we have occasion to come back to the Toronto we will definitely stay here again.

Great overall experience

My stay was a bit rocky due the one night of me having no where to take my children and I was coming from out of town and he complained about them even cancelling my reservation and nearly kicking me and my children out at night and also said I was smoking in the home , came knocking the next day where I had to explain why and my children’s conditions and why they were there he then left and said it was fine then later on in the night sends a message stating I have to leave asap , I had to beg him to stay as I had no where else to go , I had to get rid of my kids until I left his place which was hard for me because we were already so far , , I’m a first time Vrbo customer and he didn’t make my first time with Vrbo comfortable , he lacks professionalism and how to speak to people , and seems aggressive until you get him to understand what’s going on , but once he feels that changes he uses words like annoying and to me it’s unprofessional, but otherwise his place was clean it was a nice little living space for a couple days despite the host experience I loved the home , the area was a bit tough due to me not driving me it was a peaceful area and a nice home space very clean .

This place is clean and an affordable place to stay when visiting Toronto. Everything you need is located close by. The keyless entry is great for late night arrival. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a nice entertainment area with plenty of seating for everyone.
