Luxury 2 bedroom apartment on Paseo de Gracia

Outstanding

This is a truly wonderful property from which to enjoy a Barcelona visit. The host and concierge are great to deal with; the location could not be better; the property is well equipped, beautifully maintained and quiet; and, the neighborhood is vibrant, fun, beautiful and historic. Almost everything we wanted to do was within a very enjoyable walking distance and transportation to further locations was right outside our door. There is an amazingly wide choice of nearby restaurants at every level of formality and type of cuisine. There is a seemingly endless supply of shops and stores in the neighborhood. We are hopeful that we will be able to make a return visit.

Great location. Lots of great areas within walkable distance. Taxis available non-stop outside the door. Concierge very knowledgeable and helpful. Comfortable beds. Only downside is if you intend to do much cooking - there are not many pots / pans, etc. But who goes to Barcelona to cook their own meals? :)

We visited Barcelona (two couples) and we were really happy with this apartment. The best location right besides Casa Batlo, very well kept and clear and excellent treatment by the person in charge of the place (Thomas).

Apartment was just as described and there were so many extras - amazing fruit bowl, champagne and other essentials. Thomas greeted us and showed us around, we appreciated his restaurant recommendations - they were great. We would definitely stay here again if lucky enough to visit Barcelona. Slight metro noise but all transport options were amazingly close. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The apartment was beautiful and well located. The host, Luis, and the concierge, Thomas, were both friendly, reliable and helpful. An excellent choice for a visit to Barcelona. Wheelchair accessible, too. Highly recommended!

The location, the greeting, the space - everything was absolutely fabulous. We were in the middle of everything with the most wonderful accommodations - spacious, comfortable, great views.

Luis was an incredible host. We called when we were in rout from the airport and he greeted us outside the building where we were staying. The apartment feels very safe. Thomas works at the front desk and is very helpful answering any questions you may have. When we walked into the rental we were greeted with a tower of fresh fruit, a box of chocolate and Champaign! The kitchen was stocked with some waters,coffee,tea, cookies…This is the first time we ever experienced such generosity with a rental. The location is incredible. Walking distance to many iconic buildings. Although we were on a very busy area, it was still quiet when we were inside.

The apartment was well furnished with many wonderful items, such a milk, OJ, champagne and a gorgeous fruit basket. The pillows could be updated. My one issue was that it was a lot of streets noise .
