Luxury 1 BR with Den Downtown Tampa Apt: City Views, Rooftop Pool, Workspace

Place was very neat and clean. Area around the place was safe and clean with many dinning options. Parks and Riverwalk were close by.

This was an exceptional experience! The condominium is situated in the vibrant downtown area, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. Conveniently located, it also features a secure parking garage, ensuring the safety of your vehicle, especially if you own an exotic car. The furniture and decor are up-to-date, and all the necessary supplies are present. Most importantly, the host seemed very welcoming and respectful of your business. They don’t make you jump through hoops like other units in the area. I will be returning whenever in Tampa area!!

Very clean and great facilities

It was a great place with a great location. Perfect for 3 of us to have a nice few days in close proximity to everything. The building and pool and amenities are nice and we enjoyed the stay here. Place was clean and comfy and beds nice to with beautiful views

The building itself is fantastic and a great location within walking distance to lots of entertainment and restaurants. The communication with the owner was excellent and made it a breeze to check in and out. The condo is adorable, very clean, and decorated nicely. I would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I had a great stay in downtown Tampa! The building and its amenities were great and the location was pretty central to most things we wanted to do! I liked they we could access the Riverwalk just a few blocks down, as well as plenty of great food options and coffee spots within walk-in distance. The apt was clean when we arrived and had a wonderful view of the city! Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to the area!

We loved the property and had a great stay, we were in a perfect spot for restaurants, bars, and fun shops. We’d definitely book again. The gym was never packed, Starbucks right beside the building, and the pool was tons of fun.

Perfect location! Walking distance to downtown Water Street and Sparkmans wharf, etc. We were able to walk every night to most places that we were going, a short walk to Sparkmans Wharf and easy walk to all the best restaurants and a few bars on Water Street. There is a cute coffee shop Victory Coffee right around the corner and at the end of the street there is a cute outdoor bar with some other restaurants and a gelato/coffee shop (they had the best gelato) The apartment is lovely. Very clean, fully equipped, Pool was never crowded and although we were in the middle of everything, it never got loud. Our host was quick to respond and even checked in with us a few times to ensure we were enjoying our stay. There was a bit of a mix up on parking and our host immediately took care of it. We will definitely be booking this property again. We come into Tampa a few times a year to visit family and this will be at the top of our list to book when we do come in.
