Enjoy being just 5 minutes away from the award-winning Downtown Greenville at this stylish loft apartment. With access to the campus pool, fitness center, outdoor grill, common areas, and entertainment venues, there is plenty to enjoy.
The apartment includes a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom, and bathroom. We have strong wi-fi and a Roku TV preloaded with all the streaming apps (just bring your log-ins)

The common spaces in the building are available for guests to use, including a fitness center, outdoor pool, game room, and small offices for remote work. Steps away on the campus are other businesses to enjoy;

This unit is family-friendly, just let us know what ages to expect and we will make sure you have the supplies you need.
Guests will access the apartment with a code. There will be a keyfob that you'll use to get around the campus and access the building.
Guests can park for free outside or inside a gated fence. We do provide a luggage cart to help you get your belongings to your apartment. We ask that you return the cart to its home by the apartment. Upon booking, we ask all guests to fill out a short questionnaire to help us make your stay more personalized. As we are within a larger complex, we ask for this to be completed before your stay for security of the property and other residents.
This unit is owned and operated by High Spirits Overnight, a division of High Spirits Hospitality. We have four apartments at the Judson Mill District available for short-term stays. You can reach us anytime you need something, and we are happy to help where we can!

Stayed Jul 30, 2025Check in with a little tough as the door code was changed two hours before we checked in and I didn’t have good data to receive the email on time. But overall, this day was lovely and we enjoyed all the amenities and location. Bed was a little soft, but the kitchen was well supplied. Overall, great day!

Stayed Mar 14, 2025We were so lucky to snag this studio loft spot for a wedding we were attending. Just one short walk to the Judson Events space (truly like 25 steps). Great dining and hangout options on site so you could have a little vacay without ever getting into your car. Wished there were some hooks on the door to hang a robe or toiletry bag but that’s the only thing missing!

Stayed Jan 15, 2025The apartment had everything we needed. Located on the campus of Judson Mills. This place has everything you could want. Restaurants, entertainment, live music and even a kids playground indoors. Our host checked on us through out the stay and the security that is in place made us feel safe. We would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

Stayed Oct 23, 2024We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The apartment is in an old mill and they have completely renovated it. Super cool place to stay, much better than staying in a hotel. Husband and I were here for work but staying here was a nice getaway and we were able to pretend we were a young, hip couple. Surrounding area is a bit sketchy but we felt very safe in and around the building.
